Tracker not working for anyone else? my last 2 downloads and now the 3rd have had tracker issues that will work for the first 30minutes or so then it gets an error i've reinstalled my uTorrent a few times info would be nice and Thanks Nick

Tracker: No Connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. Thats what it says after the first 30 minutes.

And its also rather annoying downloading at 1kb/s and uploading at 100KB/S when i normally can get 1m

Been downloading for 12 hours the 1st 10 minutes i got 30% now im at 50% after sleeping and i've uploaded 1010 MB and downloaded 420mb see something wrong here?
