What equipment and software does EZTV use for such perfect HDTV capture? I've been trying to get a nice set-up but haven't been able to find anything that would work for channels other than local broadcast HD. Help? :'(

Kimilu: I believe eztv is one of the main distributors of TV encodes with torrents so they don't do the encodes. For this encode, the encoding group should be GNARLY. You can say eztv helps spread the love in an organized effort, a very useful and free service.

I have no capturing set-up so I'm unsure of the terminology and methods, but I believe it is possible to get an unencrypted signal through certain methods with HD Cable and Satellite. Once you get that, you can encode like normal HD captures. I think one method was making your own HD-DVR and requesting from the cable company for some chip, which is the same chip they use for the Cable receiver if you're a subscriber. It's been years since my last Google-ing of it, there's probably better methods nowadays. Good luck!

Great episode, too bad they didn't have time to cover the other points of the conspiracy nuts.

It's amazing how much some people that spout off about things don't actually know about the subject. And how those same people will assume the reactions and properties of things are the same on the moon. (The footprint in Regolith vs Sand issue is a perfect example. They think it looks like dirt or sand on video, therefore it must be the same...)

There are sights out there dedicated to debunking this myth. I heard that the Mythbusters even consulted with one of them before making this episode.

To jwills79: Did you ever pass through High School..?????, Every object with mass has gravity, according to gravitational law G(m1*m2/d^2). Moon has aprox 1/6 of earth's gravity. I thoght you had schools in USA... XD

I personally think that they have landed on the moon..i have apollo 11 men on the moon 3 dvd's and if you wath those dvd's maybe you have another point of view.

Try searching the videos on youtube or live video entitled LUNAR LEGACY. That may refresh your memory about "gravity".
