is it region free or able to play on ntsc?

:( no anubisxxx_2002 , but i would like to see a region free or ntsc version some where within a life time. I have seen on so many sites just pal version. Its not like us americans wouldnt like to play this Square game anytime soon. Finaly we see Square within our xbox 360 system besides playstation 3 to recieve awesome games from them. And still a few more soon to come, but would be great to see a "Infinite Undiscovery" NTSC upon the list of games, besides piles of other games. Im sure there is a mess full out there waiting for a region free or ntsc version. Would appreciate it, others would as well....thank you. :X
