Some of this rip sounds strange - specifically the 2nd and 3rd book - at least from the files I've been listening to from this torrent. Sounds like someone took a regular voice and sped it up like the Chipmunks or something. Hey ALVIN!
I've heard the Scott Brick read version of this trilogy and it was one of the most masterful performances I have ever heard in terms of audiobooks.
I would highly recommend to anyone who is a fan of Shannara to head down to the library and check out the Scott Brick version of this trilogy on CD. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed with the results. Thankfully, there should not be a huge waiting list for these books, as they have been out for quite some time.
By the way, Scott Brick also read the Prequel - First King Of Shannara, and that may be worth snagging as well.
I appreciate the torrent, but I just wish all 3 books were of the same level of quality.
