It is being seeded by myself, but I was seeding 16 other torents as well, most of them are standing alone now, it's just this behemoth and my other monster Twilight Zone. Please just be patient and remember to seed when your done. If the people downloading it didn't have their uploads set so low this would go alot faster.

I'd like to give thanks as well I just started leeching today, I had a heard the first book from another audiobook I found on limewire and ended up listening to the whole thing out of order (there's a part where it skips to the second half of the book in the beginning, then continues the middle section at the end). If the files are good I'll seed after I have finished downloading, thanks!

I checked the availability of this file and it is only 0.824 and the average completion is 70%, which worries me... Does this mean that the download will slow down and stop near the end of completion?

I have to say the first 4 books were great, but then they got some idiot to take over the reading of these books from the 5th one on. I might end up purchasing the last 3 of the books and reading them myself because the voice is so horrible. His voice sounds like the ******** kid (Sheemie) that you meet in the 4th book.

Crazy00eyes, I have read the first 6 and half way through the 7th. It's been many years since I first started reading these and wanted a recap of the first books.. I am on the road many hours a day and thought this would be a great way to recap. The original reader had passed away su***nly and there is a mention about this in one of the books. It was a sad event in Kings life. It sounds like the replacement reader is not up to snuff. I have just started listening to these so I may skip a few audio books.

So what's the deal with these files? I mean... what format are they in and what is necessary to play them? They appear to be MP3 in the file headers, but they won't play via iTunes, VLC or anything else (in VLC, all the buttons are greyed out and in iTunes, it doesn't even accept the tracks).

An error message audacity gave me suggested this might be a "WMA Protected" DRM'd file. So tried to load it up on a windows system running through Windows Media Player. No luck. It has no clue what to do with the file.
