I got ubuntu and anything you need you can get from the servers of ubuntu ?
Just add some repo's and install away. Ubuntu is great by the way

First of all I would like to thank the uploader for uploading this. Ubuntu is a great OS. But I have a question: What difference does this have with the ISO that I can download off the Ubuntu servers? I see that the size is larger. Did you add more applications? Thanks!

@benhur99ph
Read the description.
@plexodus
This saves you the time of installing some updates and all that extra software. Think if you were going to deploy Ubuntu on a few computers. Or perhaps you were going to give this to a non-geeky friend to try. It would make more things work out of the box for them.

@vivekburva
There should be a shortcut named "Install" on the Desktop (but sometimes the icons are messed up)...
You can simply:
1-open the terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal)
2-Type: "ubiquity --desktop %k gtk_ui" (without the quotation marks)
3-enter the password ("ubuntu", in this case)
4-The installer should be launched!

@vivekburva
I don't know what the problem might be regarding that "out of frequency" issue... Have you tried the "original Ubuntu" on that PC? does it work?
And regarding triple-boot, it might be possible... but I really can't help regarding that, sorry, you might want to try the Ubuntu forums... it shouldn't be very hard...

@vivekburva
By "out of frequency" do u mean to say that the monitor goes all blank and just the words "Out of frequency is displayed" ?? Similar to running the monitor with an unplugged cable (only power connected no data cable)
If yes then the problem is that the resolution in which ubuntu is loading is not supported by ur monitor/graphics card.
try changing those settings, MAYBE that will help.
and yeah, triple booting is very much possible but be a bit careful about primary and secondary partitions and mount point. maybe u should use a third party boot manager.

It takes about 4 GB once installed (a little less than that)
I'm glad I was useful
