(hmmm not sure yet, since I haven't downloaded it) but usually the MKV container supports embedded subs... Ill check back once its done though.
Also, Mininova doesn't seam to like NFO... copy+paste usually ends up looking like ****. plus a lot of people (me for one) just jump right to the comments anyway.

After checking out the Sample, yes it does indeed have Subs in the MKV.
And might I add, Amazing quality!!

yes. subtitles are hardcoded in video track, no chance to disable them or change to other language
