can someone help me plz? I'm not sure what to do... when i clicked on it... it said i need serial number... then i noticed i can download a crack... downloaded it (with serial number) i used it on the game... YAY IT OPENS *excited* but then after a second or two *call of duty 4 has quitted unexpectly* or something like that... then i relaunch...relaunch again... 5 years later... I'M OLD!!! can someone plz help me? i really need some advice.. i'm using leopard btw...

i got the same problem as sunnyng.
i start it up and it quits after 2 seconds.

I've got the same problem. I'm using the Newest Macbook Pro (late 2008) - It worked on my old one but for some reason on this it loads for 2 seconds and than crashes? Is it the Video Card?

I have the new Macbook Pro as well. One of the prime features is the "backup" video card that runs to save battery. You can change that in the energy saver settings by checking the "Higher Performance" option under Graphics.

um im using vista. but i have one question. i cant run the game, it says i have to insert the DVD-ROM, i dont have one, and also the iwsp or wateva it is wont run, it says mss32.dll is missing wat do i do?

1. open the "CoD4_Retail_E_DR.dmg" file inside the call of duty 4 folder and drag the call of duty folder at the top of the little window that comes up and drag it onto your 'hard disk' (i dragged it into applications).
2. Once thats done download the serial from the link above by 'Tsar_bomba'
then follow the 'read me' in the 'CodLiverOil.dmg' that you downloaded after un-zipping it and it should work.
worked for me and both multiplayer and single player works perfect

wait haha i just tried to play online then and there is sometimes an error "key code in use" just like what 'elvis75' is getting so i guess i just had some luck when playing before.

tired to donwload a few weeks ago but stopped it beacuse it was going to slow but now im getting 26.5kbs it may seem that fast but it is better than 0.08 to 2.4kb it was going to take me 32 days now it is going to take 3 days good work seeders hey it is the share raito that makes go fast or the seeds?

Would love to say thanks for this but I can't because yet again the same old story of 170 "Seeders" and I could only connect to 3-8 of them, so after two days of round the clock DLing only to have 350MB of this 6GB file I decided not to bother. I would ask people to seed more and for longer but whats the point? NO ONE ever seams to listen. SO **** it I'moff to "buy" this game.

@ 47 stupid_user or anyone else needing SN crack for Call of Duty 4. It has been stated many times already, but once more is fine.

This is the link for CODLIVEROIL.zip which will give you the SN generator and crack. It works perfectly as long as you follow the directions in the .zip file.
The SN generator, however, is a .exe (windows file, of course). So find a friend with a PC and open it up there.
PROBLEMS: The only one I encountered was that when I started CoD4, it was mirrored upside down... But don't worry, if you don't mind this happening just start a game senerio and press 'esc' and it'll straighten itself out.
NOT EVERYONE WILL HAVE THIS PROBLEM!! It just happened to me.
