There's a sample, but there it's conveniently missing any dialogue so you can't tell from it whether or not it's ok.

If an AVI file is out of sync then you should simply run the file with AVI-MUX a free program which will syncronise the sound and video together
in minutes

No password for this torrent, that's a fact. Whoever says there is one, is only trying to divert people from d/l it.
Use the AVI from this source with the link from 'jester' to retrieve a complete SRT file (subs).
