Yep, this IS episode 3. Not the best quality, but watchable :-)
If you are a fan of this show then this WILL do (so thanks to the uploader)
I'll also get the 720p version when it comes out :-)

I am a fan of the show and I can confirm this IS episode 3, quality is not the best, sure. But it IS it :-)

Just having sf7 say that it is fake is enough for me to reinforce my suspicions about this torrent. Considering it has not even aired yet.

@ 'Burn Notice Fan', the first 2 eps of this new season were pre-release and announced as such at time of release of both torrents. It was stated at that time that only the first 2 eps were pre-release, that's why not this one!
While it may or may not be fake, it is certainly suspect to say the least. Why, because it's only 5.20am or 8.20am in the US (dependent on whether east or west coast) on 12th of October. Check TV dot com for release date info on this episode here;

This torrent states that it was added 20 hours ago. That would put the torrent release as well into the 11th (not 12th) so there is genuine cause for speculation.
Like 'blake42', i'm not convinced either and would recommend to others who aren't to await the EZTV release to be sure.

Quality could be better, but for those who can't wait it's pretty watchable.

FYI: EZTV release should be out on this episode in around 24hrs time (ep 2 was out on 6th).

Seen first 2 minutes, not fake, but video quality not good due to over-compression (which explains the small download size).
Suggestion: wait for ezTV in a few hours.

Wow all this argument about real or fake just makes me want to add my two cents. 
Having neither downloaded or watched the alleged video, I can state without a doubt in my mind, you will download SOMETHING and it will be up to you if you "want to believe" it is real or fake. Ah **** was hoping to avoid any X-files reference. Lol "X" for Unknown ....X-file. oh no i did it again.

@ ripwyn, sure I agree, but I live in OZ and a series here called Underbelly was available on-line here before it aired in OZ (don't tell me someone at the studio leaked it 
) but I get where you are coming from
now @ maximus448 (t o s s e r) while I have added torrents for people, have you ? I am a fan of the show and I'll get the one from eztv too, but this IS real. Download it before you s l a g off at others. It's people like you that make people like us not want to share anymore. I even posted a screen shot (now tell me that it's NOT in the one from eztv ?)
Anyway, next time someone askes me to upload something I'll think of you and might just not do it here anymore.
