Sorry - but this is pretty lousy. I appreciate the points Nicholas is trying to get across, but they are pretty fundemental points - almost common sense. Also, his constant repetition is very annoying (must have heard 'ya know' a few hundred times).

Sounds like a nice guy though, and he's just starting out...
