Bloated! You are sooo right - you know I would love to make the switch to Corel Suite but the compatability issues (mostly due to Adobes rapid version tweaking) makes it a total nightmare If you have any dealings with Pro Print / Design houses you are truely shafted... Sad but true come on Corel step up to the plate and take the lead! Mind you OpenOffice blows the equally bloaty MS Office out the water in every department (speed, compatability, usability and so much more) but still "we" all sheep along the MS route... sad but oh so true... If it costs a fortune and doesn't do half what it claims it does it must be the best so we all buy into it... the web has been openSource for a while about time the design set caught up! Rant over... for now... can't wait for CS5 - I'm underwhelmed already!

Can someone please confirm if this is for real?
fully installable (not just some or worst just photoshop) and no nasties (virus/malware/adware)?
8+gb thats half of my monthly isp bandwith... but it will definatlely be worth it for CS4 master suite. and i hope this isn't as long to install as CS3's suite. God, that took me 3 hours to install on a clean install of vista ultimate. q6600 2, 4gz 4gb gddr3, 2tb hdd. This is twice as big as cs3's master suite too. *shivers
i cant wait for Aussie's retail release. it'l cost my company's $24.3k AUD for 40 licenses/40 discs. But this is one awesome software.
I wish those portable devs makes a photoshop sc4 portable too...

I'd guess that the hard drive you are downloading to is formatted in fat32 which can only handle file sizes up to 4 gig. If that's the case then the only solutions I can give you is to either download it to another hard drive formatted in ntfs (if you have one) or format the drive you have... You prolly won't want to do that though

Found solution to the insert disc error, copy all the files off the disc when mounted to some folder on the system of external drive and run the installation from that directory instead of the disc. Works 100% for me that way (Vista Home Premium SP1 x64). Just know u going to need an additional 16gigs for that, 8 for the copying of the files off the disc and the other 8 required by the installation.

Ok that´s the right method in windows vista x64:

1.-Install CS4
2.-Use the keygen to get the serial number
3.-Run file "crack.bat" as administrator, if you have some problems follow this guide to run properly the permission ( Mazuki Guide www.darksiderg.com/forums/lofiversion/index.php/t58792.htm)
4.-Paste this file "amtlib.dll" in every folder adobe program cs4.

That works for me.

Second, I thought I would be able to burn this right to a DL-DVD, however Nero says that the file is still 198MB over the limit. Any thoughts???

Third, as I could not get the burning to work I opted to go ahead and extract it, however it is taking a really long time.

Hey guys, the keygen is not working...
I am using UltraISO to simulate a virtual drive. AVG says it is infected with a TROJAN. I extracted the keygen on a Windows XP SP2 machine, ignored AVG warnings, but a message appears telling that I have no permission to execute the file! Weird!
Anyone knows what might be happening? I tried the same procedure on another machine with WinXP SP3, the threat message from AVG also appeared, I ignored it, and the keygen just doesn't open when I try to execute it, this time with no messages, it just doesn't open!
Would it be really infected?

Update on me:

I found out why I wasn't able to run Setup after extracting the ISO, it was because Izarc for some reason (it didn't give me any errors) finished and the folder was 4GB (the iso is around 8GB). So everytime I clicked on the setup.exe it just hung there and didn't do ****. ;( I mounted the image using Virtual Clone Drive and was able to copy all the files off of the disk and its the full 8GB. I'm installing it now, hopefully no Insert Disc errors!

Mazuki - Great work! I have a DVD-R that is 8.5, but only being seen as an 8.1, do I have the right DVD DL disc? Other than that I mounted it with power iso and am copying to the desktop for install, nothing bad there, I even have a 1Tb external I could just store the image, however having it on a DVD would be better for reconfigures, etc.

I have a slightly different problem, the program doesn't tell me I need "Disk 1" it tells me to insert "Adobe CS4 Master Collection"... (tried renaming the iso, extracting,didn't try burning it to a DVD but i'd rather not spend ***** on a DL DVD, these babies are quite expensive...)

@101: I had the sam problem and, after i mounted i,t I copied the entire disk content in a folder on my hard drive that I called Disk_1 and ran install (setup.exe file) from there and the problem disapeared. I should work for u too.

for te keygen, the first serial I tried from it was ok. (u just need the first serial to begin the installation. u don't need activation (i haven't been asked for). When the installation is finished, run the crack, copy/paste the .dll in every programms folders (and maybe for photoshop, subfolders too. I dunno what make it works for me) and everything should be ok and activation will be skipped.

I'm using Vista x64. Everything seems to be working fine except for Photoshop(64). It keeps saying that it can't find AMTlib.dll even though the file is located in the Photoshop folder {program files / adobe / adobe photoshop (64), not to be confused with the program files (x86) folder}. I've run the "crack.bat" as "administrator".

It's worse than that, or I missed something, after t2-3 tries at opening PS, I get an "We excuse the interupption but ..." dialog box which then states according to their (Adobe) records the serial used to activate is invalid, forcing me to try another, can't seem to get to teh activate by phone part that used to be in the activation process ....

If you have a thumbdrive that's larger than 8GB you can use that instead of trying to fit it on a DVD. Just mount the image and copy the files onto the drive.

I've monitored my outgoing network connections and I've noticed that whenever I opened an Adobe CS4 program it would connect to the IP address 192.150.18.101. I put that IP into my web browser and it is adobe.com

If for some reason you can not get this to work, you can try blocking that IP right after installing the program. Before first run.

I used the settings in my router to block it and the program still seems to work fine. I do not mind not being able to go to the Adobe website. If you try this you shouldn't even be able to ping the address from the command prompt.

I can't get the serial gen to work (running Windows Vista Home 64) and it says "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them." Tried to run as administrator, etc. but just keep getting that error.

Also, on install, the serial works to install it but then I get a serial pop-up before starting any program and the serial in the readme does not work for that. Any ideas?

I figured maybe since Fireworks CS4 also has that same DLL present, it needs to be replaced and Mazuki over looked it. I copied it over, still same error. Did research after research.

Someone said to run CS4 cleaner on the hidden level 4, and do a fresh install of Master Collection.

Anyone have a way around this? Everything works fine except for Fireworks CS4.

Another issue I found, at least with this was that the x-force keygen was pre-release, I found the final release of that keygen, plus blocking adobe from checking home, and all is well.

Maz - I've tried the ISO file size fix on both Vista 32 bit and 64 bit, but I run into the same problem on both OS's - when I run your .exe file, it says it can't find the ISO file necessary, and I followed your instructions to the T. Premiere was installed. First run is fine when the computer is turned on. Exit, start Premiere again, asks for serial and won't accept previous one. Log files show lots of connections to 192.150.18.101.

First of all, thanks MAZUKI, you rule!
Follow this simple steps:

1) Download the torrent;
2) Make a new folder on your desktop and name it however you want (for example, cd_1);
3) Unzip Adobe CS4 Master Collection.iso to the newly created folder from step 1;
4) When all the files are unzipped in your destination folder (in my case: cd_1 folder on my desktop), go in there and run setup.exe to begin the install (it might take >=45min);
5) Type the serial key 1325-1689-3143-1126-5270-4033 (provided by Mazuki) when prompted;
6) When finished, restart the computer.
7) Look for a crack.bat file in the Mazuki folder (desktop->cd_1 folder). Run it. (don’t close the command-prompt window until you see the text: “Press any key to continue&rdquo. If this step is completed successfully, you don’t have to copy amtlib.dll file into the folders!
8)You can free up some space (about 8GB) by deleting the cd_1 folder from your desktop (all the programs are installed in C:\Program Files\Adobe directory).

to the people getting **** download speeds... I was using utorrent and getting **** speeds. Switched to vuze and download speeds went from the 50-70 kbps range to the high 200s. not quite sure why, but it worked.

To willum701 Update - Ignore my previous post (I misspelled ADBEMST4 in that posting)
I had the same problem until I realized that the extracted iso had to be in a directory below the fix.exe file
Do the following and it will all work.
1. Extract the .iso file (Adobe CS4 Master Collection.iso) to a folder named ADBEMST4 using Winrar, PowerIso, UltraIso or whatever.
2. Create a new folder on your hard drive called adobefix
3. Put only regfix.reg and PowerIso.exe and Adobe CS4 Master Collection ISO FIXed.exe into the adobefix folder.
4. Run regfix.reg
5. Cut the ADBEMST4 folder from wherever it is and paste it into the adobefix directory.
6. Run Adobe CS4 Master Collection ISO FIXed.exe

Cynic and Maz - I got it working. All I had to do was change the folder name to ADBEMST4 and the program found it, repacked it, and I'm burning a DL dvd right now Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW, I did find a 64 bit crack for PhotoShop, it's a crack only and it's just the DLL file, it worked great!!

First thanks for the great torrent!
But i'm with some problems...

1. Encore do not open, when loading it crashes and appers an error report to send to adobe.
2. soundbooth do not open too, but without errors reports, just crash on loading and disappear.
(this erros on vista sp1 and xp sp3, both 32 bit)
3. on xp sp3 the crack.bat can't find the file. it says "file not found"

- got the ADBEMST4.iso
- then extracted to my desktop in the folder named "ADBEMST4"

i clicked "setup.exe" in that folder, nothing happened!

Do not mount, just open the ISO with WinRAR. Extract files to a folder on the desktop. Doesn't even matter what its name is.

Run the Setup.exe.

Install all with the keygen or serial provided.

Finish.

Run crack.bat, (didn't work for me so I had to copy over the DLL files to the locations specified in the README file in the CRACK folder).

You should be all set.

One thing though, look into changing your hosts to make sure Adobe doesn't require you to activate the serial, or it will be invalid. I had that issue.

Changed my hosts, and all is good.

tychus, looks like you've launched things in the wrong order. A quick modify to the hosts file is a simple solution.

To change the hosts file in Vista:
1) Browse to Start - All Programs - Accessories
(If you are not using UAC open Notepad and skip to Step 4, otherwise follow the innstuctions below.)
2) Right click "Notepad" and select "Run as administrator"

4) In Notepad click File then Open
5) Browse to "C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc"

Read post 174. No where in Mazuki's instructions does he say to take those steps. Instead if you follow Mazuki's instructions you are left with a product that still will not install.

I want to thank you for all of your hard work. It is more than appreciated.

One simple question. The release I have, is Milkmans. It is not an ISO, it came uncompressed. I dont want to run it from the HD everytime I install it, and I managed to get it on to a Dual Layer, but the dual layer keeps asking for the disk, no matter what volume label I use. "Disk_1" doesnt work, nor does, "ADBEMST4", nor "ADOBE CS4".

Please guy, what volume label do I need to use to get it to run from a Dual Layer, or is there a, "No-CD Check" type crack somewhere?

If you had a previous version of Photoshop, especially if it was part of CS3, and did not use the Adobe Clean Script utility (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cs3clean.html) prior to installing CS4, then that might be the cause.
Remnants of old Adobe products can be poison.

I´ve dowloaded and installed sucessfully before the iso fix. I´ve copied to my HD and installed from there. Crack.bat didn´t work but I´ve manually copied dll file. It worked just fine. Thanks Mazuki. Now I´ve been using for some days and I´ve noticed:

1 - As someone posted before my Fireworks doesn´t work. It gives a "Could not lauch Fireworks. An internal error occurred." in boths machines I installed it.

2 - My Encore came with empty library.


Everything else tha I´ve used worked perfectly. Photoshop, Premiere, Flash, Dreamweaver.

If anyone have a fix for these problems I´ll be glad.

Anyway, I have one minor "problem". More of a question. Photoshop asks me:

I blocked adobe so as not to get that validation thing people keep talking about. Is this that link I shouldn't follow? PS runs a little slowly (don't worry, im sure this is my computer's problem) so Im wondering if Im gonna need that update.

ccsccs is true. Im also using Vista 64bit and my Photoshop CS4 64bit is not working and its asking me of amtlib.dll. I tried to copy/paste the amtlib.dll file provided but its not working. but thats not my problem. Problem is Adobe detected that the serial number used is not authentic and adobe is converting this intallation to trial which counts down from 30 days, I have 25 days left. what should I do, pls. help. Did I did something wrong/missed something? I thought its not expiring as the uploader says. Im sure I did everything, applying the crack.

To make the installation work:

1. Download the torrent
2. Mount the .iso image using a program such as daemon-tools.
3. Go to My Computer and open the virtual drive for the image.
4. Create a new directory on your C: (or whatever) drive.
5. Move/copy all of the files from the .iso into the new folder
6. Go to and open the setup.xml file located in the \payloads folder.
7. At the top where it says "Adobe CS4 Master Collection" and change it to "ADBEMST4" inbetween the <name> tags.
8. Save setup.xml
9. Run setup.exe

Took me about 7 hours to get this installed since I had copy and reproduce .iso files number of times before I found this method to work.

Anyway... I have the problem its asking me to re-enter a valid serial number every day that I run an Adobe program. Although I can just use the Keygen every time, it's going to get redundant if you know what I mean. Don't think it has been converted to a trial yet though.

^ Your hosts file is not being updated to block the Adobe licensing server(s).

The one I use for all my CS4 apps is this. (note: copy and paste this code into notepad and save it as (with quotes) "disable_adobe.cmd" and run it. Same instructions to run as administrator if using Vista). Then add your new key.

I am assuming that you tried Mazuki's fix and it didn't work?
If not...blacc360's solution is good except for locking the cache.db file.
If you ran disable_adobe.cmd and then tried to enter a valid serial, that info could not be written to the cache.db file and you would be continually asked for another serial.
To undo this, copy and paste the following into notepad:

@ECHO OFF
attrib -R "%CommonProgramFiles%/Adobe/Adobe PCD/cache/cache.db"
ECHO.
PAUSE

Save it as (with quotes) "EnableRead.cmd" and run it.
You should not actually need to re-lock cache.db afterward because as long as Adobe is blocked via a leakproof firewall, hosts file modification, or a cracked amtlib.dll it will not be able to invalidate your serial.
The next time you are asked for a serial, should be the last.

As for the Fireworks CS4 error...

I launched Adobe Bridge, and used the 'Convert to Grayscale' tool and it launched Fireworks. I still received the error, but it bypassed it and let me in.

Everything works except one hitch. I can't see ANY TOOLS or panels. I can hit 'B' and 'V' to select the tools, so it's loading it in, just not the interface.

Maybe that helps?

Also, the error appears in the corner is 'Not enough memory'. Supposedly this is only a beta version error.

Actually it seems that CRACK.BAT was the problem. I noticed that it was updating the amtlib.dll in Illustrator's folder, even though your documentation said the update was only really needed for Bridge, Photoshop & Device Central. So I re-instated Illustrator's original amtlib.dll and the application now runs fine.

Actually, upon running for the second time the option to select all was there again. It must have been related to the crash of Explorer.exe somehow. So far it is all installing again and I realised what I messed up with the crack. I'm just going to copy to the locations in the readme file.

I did it after installing finished. The crack batch file never worked for me so I just copied the amtlib.dll file to the 3 mentioned folders....Adobe Bridge, Photoshop and Device Central (if they are installed). Then I was asked for a serial again, put one in and that was it.

There was a file in each folder with the same name so I just overwrote it with the cracked version.

You will need to right click on the amtlib.dll file found in the MAZUKi folder from the torrent and select (left click) copy.
(This is the same folder that contains the 'adobe-master-cs4pre-keygen' that you mention in your post #300 above.)
If you are not seeing this file, then you may have your file view restricted and you would need to correct that before going any further.
Assuming that you are seeing the file, after copying as mentioned above you will then need to navigate to the folders on your computer that have the original Adobe amtlib.dll files and paste into the folders overwriting the Adobe amtlib.dll file. (A quick way to paste is to hold down the Ctrl key and press v.)
If you get a warning that there is already a file with that name there or something to that effect, then you know you are doing it right

The iso definitely burns on a DVD-R DL. That is all I tried it on.

As for uninstalling CS3 first, I would do it. I tried to install CS4 over CS3 and I just ended up with two versions so I tried again, this time after uninstalling CS3. Worked well but I needed to add the crack to more folders than mentioned in the text file.

Is it safe to overwrite all instances of that file? If so I would just do that to save trouble.

I have selected "Yes" numerous on more than one occasion. Each time I try to use the repair mode, it looks as if files are being installed and everything appears to be installing properly, but when I try to yet again make a PDF file, the same error message arises yet again.

FYI.. I have extracted the contents of the ISO onto my OS drive and everything runs very well, except this single flaw. I have not done any updates on any of the programs within CS4. Please note: In regards to this "amtlib.dll" file, I did not see a list of the programs that require it to be placed in the EXE directory within your release, but I did place it in PS and Bridge I believe. I hope the issue is as small as a misplaced file.

From any Fireworks shortcut (on Vista or Windows) right-click, then choose Run as Administrator. Accept the Windows security warning, this only needs to be done once. You won't have any further problems launching Fireworks.

Ok, listen up folks. Here is what I did start to finish. Finally got this damned Fireworks CS4 to run without any errors.

1. Open Adobe Bridge CS4 as 'Administrator'. I suppose you could run it normally, but this is just to make sure everything stays smooth.
2. In Brige select an image and then, Tools -> Fireworks -> Convert to Grayscale. This should launch Fireworks CS4.
3. It should FORCE its way through the program past the error. You should see an error or two, but now the program launches. If you can confirm that you can indeed at least launch the damned thing, then we can go to the next step.

I mean which files do I have to manually delete to leave no traces of the previous installation.
Do I need to clean a registry of any occurences of the word "adobe" or maybe "cs3" or "cs4"?
After installation, And running crack.bat, do I have to manually copy and paste "amtlib.dll" file into every installed components directory, even if there was none like it there to begin with?

Hey guys.

After about a month with no problems I suddenly got an invalid serial number report today. I can't find the keygen anymore.

I updated my hosts and blocked Adobe's ports/IPs, but I still need a valid key.

Anyone know what's going on? This happened the SAME day I uninstalled my firewall (which was blocking the IPs). Is there a way to fix this now? Can I uninstall and reinstall Adobe CS4 or will it still know I have a copy?

awww. are there any real solutions out there to fix the bugs and keygens? I think i will wait for everything to become stable with CS4. I think I will stick with CS3 first. I'll try again next year. Keep it up guys!

All you need to get this running is a properly cleaned and firewalled (in and out) machine. Use the freely available scripts (run both CS3 and CS4 versions at the most aggressive level - plus a sweep with ****cleaner). You also need to remove pdf reader and flash player (both adobe now you know ) and remove any existing firewall rules to ensure no leaks.

You don't need the crack/hosts file edits/disable UAC - jus' a properly secured firwall, the setup and keygen.

Slightest sniff of serial problems and you've got a leaky firewall which should be nailed to the door of the nearest PC World from whence it came, ****d and bleeding.

Stop whinging, whining and *****ing at the uploader who is offering help and support above and beyond the call of duty and is not responsible for your collective inability to perform an uncomplicated software installation.

Hi, I download it and apply the fix patch. It works and when I run the adobe updates, all was updated except Adobe Extension Manager CS4, it always failed I just wondering if anyone has same problem as mine. I have question after I apply the patch the ISO file size is 7,17 GB? I just wanna make sure if my file is not corrupted. Thank you.

Thx for your info, onthefiddle. Unfortunately, the problem is not on the Adobe Updater, but the updated files itself. It says Adobe Extension Manager CS4 2.1: failed to install. The problem is only with Adobe Extension Manager, not all other updates. And please let me know the size of ISO (with patch fixes installed), is it 7,17 or different size. Thanks.

Could anyone help? I have the problem with first step I think so. Sorry if I'm soo foolish I tried to read trough everything I could't understand what was the problem. I downloaded the file to my PC and tried to save to an external hard drive with a file system ISO of course I couln't because the file was 8Gigas or so. So on, with winrar extruded the parts of the file seemingly without any problem to the external storage. I don't want to burn a DVD I just want to use the programs. So on there was the readme, the setup file, I tried to run it and nothing happens just it makes a tiny winrar file called ahmbed. What's wrong? So that wasn't working, I tried that whole Iso thing I just don't know exactly because a long ago I needed once this mount image thing and since 4 years I never used. Do I really need it? The ISO couldn't find the .iso file. I couldn't find any image file.
I'm not blonde but don't know what elso to try.
Please help

To those of you having issues with the crack.bat file:

open it in notepad and replace "amtlib.dll" with "%~dp0\amtlib.dll"

near the end of the text line that starts with this FOR /F "tokens=*"......

This changes the source file's relative address into that of the folder containing this file.

I had already unintalled the cs4 and after finally reinstalling it, the problem persists.
I then tried your fix, but it didn't work
everytime i enter the key it ends with an expiration notice. I even tried without an internet connection. am i doing something wrong?

Do what 409 said. Mine expired in 3 months and when I realized, I haven't replaced amtlib.dll in 64-version of photoshop, only 32-bit. Quick patch sealed the deal.

Vedranius, I am getting the same message now. All worked well until recently, but now when I try opening After Effects, I get ''Licensing for this program has expired''!

Actually I found a quick work around. If you set you computer date back some months, say January 2008, After Effect will open. This doesn't seem to affect Photoshop for me though just after effect - but i haven't tried the other applications yet.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

I have followed all the instructions and everything has worked fine until recently.

To be more specific it says installation failed... one or more required components of adobe cs4 failed to install correctly... and it does this for Premiere, Encore, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. It is at this point I give up uninstall and reinstall with the same results.

Thanks Markaz32, this time is did a search for all ''amtib.dll'' files anyware in the ''C:\Program Files\Adobe'' directory and guess what - i found one i missed. now all is working just fine

Im about to download this cuz i trust your uploads. there all good!!
I need one favor, i dont know if i can repay you, i dont have much.lol. I like producing music and i would like to see CUBASE 5 cracked. there must be a way to crack that sync thing. This is for x64 users. As it was said you can't use the crack.bat even if you go into administrator mode, but basically all that the crack does is replace multiple instances of the amtlib.dll file within the folders of the programs installed. You can get CS4 to work if you replace all these files with the the amtlib.dll that Mazuki supplied. I would back up the original amtlib.dll files though in case something messes up. I simply placed underscores in the names of all the original files and copied Mazuki's amtlib.dll into the program folders. Now, you may be wondering exactly where all the amtlib files are. Don't worry. I have a list below.

Hi! Just a quick question. I have downloaded and installed this software. And I have run the crack.bat for photoshop and others as the instructions say, but the "amtlib.dll" file, where exactly would I place it in the Program Files?

Please give me the exact location (i.e. Program Files > Adobe > ?) because I have tried pasting it to all of the folders and some of the programs like Illustrator, Indesign, etc. still says "license expired". Please email your replies to. I really need your help.

I have a question, for the uploader - Mazuki.

If i want to burn this on a DL-DVD, and NOT to use any fixes or whatever, is there any bulky Language Packs that i can simply erase within .iso file (with UltraISO for example) so i can trim down .iso file to burnable size????

And by "bulky Language Packs" i mean that stuff in "Extensions" folder, i only need english, so is there any way to just safely trim that down?

Windows XP Professional x64 Edition.

I got the disk insertion error.

I copied the files to the desktop in a new folder.

I had the disk image mounted in Daemon tools lite (its free)

It installed fine.

Using a Dell sc1435 with Radeon HD4670, 4gb ecc ram.
