its not a video file use a program like magiciso to extract it or burn it to a cd/dvd

Great upload!
Pretty sure this video is no longer available for purchase or was only ever available bundled with equipment - so a very nice find! Unlike most of Cathe's videos, which are very advanced, this was designed for beginner to intermediate exercisers - but could easily be done with heavier weights for more of a challenge. It's amusing to see Cathe try to pretend that she feels anything at all working out with 3 lb dumbells.
The dvd is very well chaptered/indexed and has:
- a nice 30 minute full-body strength training routine using dumbells and a stability ball
- two-20 minute (warmup-less) strength training routines (one upper body, one lower body) using dumbells, ********** bands and a step
- and one 10 minute ab routine using a stability ball
The step is mainly used for support/sitting on, so not really necessary, and a modifier does the ab routine without the stability ball, but it's essential for the longer routine.
Will be seeding!
