It tells me it's only a trial version, I can't find any serial in the folders - can anyone help?

To posters 6 and 7,after install open the Patches folder. Copy the icon with "color" on it. Click on My Computer, C:, Program files, Adobe, version of PS you have, plus ins,Vertus Fluid Mask 3 and paste. Click yes to replace existing file.
Then in the patches folder again, copy the other icon go to My Computer, C:, Program Files, Vertus Fluid Mask and paste into that folder. Click yes to replace existing file.

I don't know what' I'm doing. I did everything the OP said and poster 8 said, but it's still telling me that my version is a trail version and it wants my code.

Is there a way to install and use with corel painter?
I put it in the painter directory like you would cs3 or 4, and opened corel painter, went to effects and opened vertus and it says it encountered a problem and will attempt to return to photoshop. Any Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Can't be that specfic as the post will be too long and "unpostable". Just follow my instructions in post 8. You will have to extract the "Patches" folder with a program like Stuffit. Other than that I don't know what else to tell you.

A note on using the standalone. If you copy FluidMask3.exe from the patches folder into the Adobe plugins folder then you can run it from there.
But the install also sets up a folder for the stand alone outside the plugin folder at (default)
C:\Program Files\Vertus Fluid Mask 3
So you should copy the patched FluidMask3.exe there as well overwriting the original for standalone access without having to go into the photoshop plugins folder. Either way it is fully licensed. I missed the standalone folder because I was concentrating on the plugin option.
So you have 2 options here
