HOW TO SEED

MOST IMPORTANT....Only upload one torrent at a time! If you have many torrents uploading, your bandwith is being strangled and you are not sharing anything. The speed showing at the top of your bitcomet window is the speed you could reach, not what you are sharing

Right click on the column header on your bitcomet/utorrent program (where it says "time, upload, download, health" etc
Click on the option "ratio" or "share"
Your uploading will start by itself, once you have only one torrent going and once people looking for that file find and connect with you.

When the share ratio colum reaches 1.0 you have uploaded exactly as much as you downloaded. But it is more common and standard, to upload to 1.5

Yep. 3 hrs & absolutely nothing. Client reports Seeds & Peers but no connects. Zzzzzzzzzz.
With the ****** causing problems @ EZTV, EZTV had to close the forums so now we can't discuss this there. Arrgh.

I'm not sure what's going on... I've had a number of torrents come up dead tonight-- even ones that ostensibly have seeds.

My advice is to download the video posted in the "Merlin - S1 *AIRING*" topic at http://sharethefiles.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=122461

It's the same as this torrent and hosted on the eDonkey/Kad networks so use a P2P client like eMule. It's available from 621 sources for the moment. And don't forget to release it ! Thanks.

OK, I'm a Merlin fan, and have been looking forward to tonight's show ... so I was able to figure out that if I used comment number 8 and put the usual internet addressing with Hyper Text etc. (note capitols - finish with TP)... then the colon, forward slashes and usual World Wide Web (again note capitols)... the rs and the rest follow. You will find a web site called release log which has posted some direct ways for this episode. In case this copies from comment number 8:

And yes, it's really weird ... if you scan the mininova home page there's all kinds of "outages." I suggest turning off any torrent clients so that if the system goes back up it isn't crushed with demand in wait.

FTR - I'm downloading the episode at 700+kB/s, with 37 seeders connected. So if there's something strange going on, for whatever reason I'm not affected.

It worked almost fine to me, the only drawback it was that it took some time to find seeds and leechers. ( around 10-15 minutes ).
Nevertheless, downloading it was very fast.

Seems to take an extra minute or two to identify how many seeds and leechers there are. But after a minute or two this torrent flys.
