Alien007 , many users on differents private tracker reports the same problem : turn off internet connexion before launche game or the game crash suddenly and without reason or become more and more slow....
Try to play a long time , you will see

Faytus, Download WinRAR, and install, and then enter the first file in the torrent with WinRAR, and Extract the file that's in there to anywhere, and then enter the file you extracted, and open setup...
( Pretty sure, i didn't finish the download yet, but from what you are saying, that's what you need to do... )

This game has no copy protection. Ubisoft is giving gamers the chance to demonstrate that DRM actually increases piracy. One of Ubisoft's community reps had this to say about their decision: "You`re right when you say that when people want to pirate the game they will but DRM is there to make it as difficult as possible for pirates to make copies of our games. A lot of people complain that DRM is what forces people to pirate games but as PoP PC has no DRM we`ll see how truthful people actually are."
I consider this a 'try and buy' opportunity. If I like this game I'll buy it.

Worked fine for me doesn't even need a crack.
I was wondering if there will be a way to get the Altaïr skins since you need to register with ubisoft and other **** to get it and we won't be able to get it probably unless we have the "real" game.

Works perfect.
Normaly u dont have anything to do, except install and play, it worked for me.
If it won't work, it's maybe beacause u don't have the requirements.
Anyway, for those asking if we can get the different skins, yes we can, even with this version.
Just search around the web for the codes, and introduce them in game.
Already played with altair skin and prince + farah (1,2,3 pop) skins.
There is a 4th skin "a test skill" with a weird char, but still fun to play.
Just enjoy and don't forget to seed ^^
You can also block the game via windows firewall or don't let it access to internet if u use ZoneAlarm.

the game works but it is slow.. there is no probs.. in graphics but it works slow...

okay so i have installed correctly with no problems, and i meet the minimum requirments....i also checked using that tab in the launcher that lists your hardware and graphic card and stuff...and it says i should be able to run the game perfectly
however, when i run the game (either from the launcher or from princeofpersia.exe file) nothing happens.....i can see the process running in task manager...but the game doesnt launch
i have tried the vsync on and fiddling with the graphic settings but nothing seems to work
any help??
