Since the author is obviously promoting his new book, why would he upload the whole thing? And at 600 pages of photos, how would that even be possible in PDF form? 
goldendragon223, you should create something yourself instead of just sitting here stealing and complaining, then let people call YOUR work garbage and ***** about not getting it for free.
