i was finally able to upgrade my E.M. Total Video Converter which i first installed way back in 2007. my previous ver. was 3.10. when i installed this 3.14 version, it was indeed perfect! for those not familiar with this prog, i give it 10/10. it even comes in with a media player which can play just about anything (that windows media player can't play), no need to download and install diff. audio or video codecs. since i convert a lot of media files, i prefer using this bundled package with its media player, rather than having VLC player and this converter prog. too many media players hogging my pc as it is since i also have Itunes, Cyberlink DVD player, and that pesky windows media player. serial works, and no virus on this one. thanks again to the uploader

many thanx to uploader, i have tried so many serial no. from other uploaders and this is the only one that workes, atleast for me 
many thanXX to uploader, incase any one is wondering the serial is in the text file just view it in the zipped folder and paste it in registration place..

downloaded it in another computer first to check with Norton. did not found any virus/spyware in it. 100% safe to download.

PERFECT! it converts audio to 3g2 to use with certain sprint phones that dont let u use MP3 as ringtones. nice!! btw, 3g2 is a movie format not audio.
