Thank aAF he/she was the ripper, not EZTV, that's just a distribution website
And his source is PDTV so maybe he doesn't have HDTV like the rar guys (SDH) and he's in another country or something, I dunno.

BTW, EZTV does record from an HD source, but uploads as SD. Mostly top shows like Terminator, Knight Rider, you can get an HD version too. http://www.mininova.org/user/EZTV

Look through all the "HDTV" lablelled rips; there have been 3-4 of them, though they're in rar-form.
BTW: if you're running Linux, there's a single command to un-rar these and put'em into a single .avi file. Feel free to mail me.

the HDTV rips haven't been scene releases so they don't follow sizing rules or anything and tend not to match up quality wise with actual scene HDTV rips.. shame.

EZTV is a special contributor to me. I highly appreciate their (his?) efforts. I'm spectacularly impoverished, so I won't be sending *****, but I *would* be happy to contribute Linux-friendly information, copy-writing, or anything else I could do.
I said that so I'm not misunderstood; there's been plenty of time to get out Top Gear (which I've seen dozens of copies, even though the traditional vacation-time of Christmas/New Years. Plenty of variety out there.
What took this so long? The 'rar's have been out since Saturday. Isn't a first-step to packing a 'rar' to START with an avi file?
I'm not really griping, but...I have no other way to get this information. I don't even own a TV. Like I said, "spectacular".
Now, can I _help_ in some way, hopefully taking some of the workload off, so as to make these releases easier?
Has anyone considered the completely-free codecs of OggVorbis? One day the cost will come, as it did for MP3's...
