Not worried about qaulity. Would love to see this but have been hung at 91.8% for a week.

If anyone can seed so I can finish, I'll be happy to seed for a while.

Quality's perfectly acceptable for a 17 year old VHS rip... sound is a bit fuzzy but the picture is stable, if typically washed-out and low-res.

Me, I've been looking for this one forever so I'm HAPPILY downloading even a 17-year-old VHS rip of it. Hell, I'll seed to a 2:1 ratio at minimum, for those in the same situation as myself. THANKS.

Well, I was reminded of this awesome little 25 minute film by the horrible story arc from the recent Haruhi season, but it only seems to be 98.6% available now. Considering it was nominated for an academy award it ought to be out there SOMEWHERE if not soon to be broadcast on one of those digital cable channels rich people have that are numbered in the hundreds so it's a shame they say it's horrible quality.

Fear the antimatter universe. FEAR IT! Of course it would be much better to be stuck in a day than an hour. Depends on the day of course. It could be worse to be stuck in a year if it's a year of homelessness or imprisonment or litigation, while being stuck in an hour loop when you happen be be cuddling might not be so bad.....

The really annoying thing is that this might be out there somewhere but it's damn near impossible to get a search engine to identify your search correctly. Search 12:01 and you'll get every occurrence of 12 and 01 anywhere in the file name and in any order because it doesn't recognize the :. And you certainly aren't going to get anywhere by searching "PM". They need to make these search engines smarter, or give some codes like \\ or \" in C++ to let you search with those special characters and standardize it and make it well known how to search characters that are normally used for delimiting....

But of course the 98.6% guy who was giving me 40 k / sec finished from a seeder who then appeared and also gave me 2 k / sec, and then they both promptly disappeared. If I'd started merely about an hour earlier I'd have finished but it looks like I'm never going to finish. Been idle with no one connected for 16 hours now, still at 39.3% completion.
