Download was excellent. Everything I did went as according in the Readme but when I opened the patch software it didnt work I clicked "Do It and I get; [Failed to set data_serial]. I didnt run Nero at all. Im running on Windows Vista Home Premium if that has anything to do with it...anyone have a clue

Hice clic en "Lo Hace" y yo todavía consigo la misma cosa. the serial IS already filled in!!!! XD He[/she] cracked it earlier on so we don't have to juggle serial codes around. this is my second attempt to download a nero 9 version and it works!!!

@ vista users : try running as administrator.

@ Stealthbomber : I think this happens once a preset number of users register with the same serial. The database detects this and probably prevents anymore users from taking this account. So I guess u better download a newer upload which not many ppl have started dling. T'was i did!

there is no serial number needed it works on vista windows 7 make sure to uninstall any previous nero installations u had from before and it works just fine

For everyone having the Serial number issue go here http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ and download Ccleaner and then install and clean your registry with it. Then go here http://www.nero.com/enu/tools-utilities.html click Nero General Clean Tool and run it. Once its done restart your comp and it should work without the serial number problem.

VISTA Activation: Run as Administrator Setupx.exe AND the patch. No need to browse to AdvrCntr4.dll. Vista brings it up and the patch says DONE.

@ dodo999 : well...the reason is DEFINITELY not the amount of seeds! there are like 1000!!! so, i dunno. when this happens..right click on the torrent and try clicking force recheck if it is available. it worked for me once!

if you guys are getting an error after trying to open the nero9patch.exe, then do this, close all program even the nero9patch.exe right click nero9patch.exe ->Properties -> select Compatibility tab -> select (Run this program in compatibility mode for.)and from the dropdown menu choose windows xp (service Pack2) if you have, it worked for me...

Hey all...especially those running Vista...make sure you remove previous nero versions and run the clean tool downloadable from nero site. Then before installing disable anivirus software and run as admin of course. Took long to install but works fine...

After being stuck at 7% i cancelled the installation. Installed Windows net Framework 3.0 and 3.5, restarted the installion, took 9hrs but installed well and is now RUNNING. patience pays. The Patch opens on its own, just follow Mazukis instuctions.

I have followed these directions and got as far as "select the AdvrCntr4.dll file and click Open"

follow the patch instruction and the patch creates AdvrCntr4.dll and this .dll file will be in the patch folder and then open it from there.

Just downloading now. I have tried so many variations of Nero 9 only to open Nero Vision and I get the dreaded message 'pirate copy' or something like that. Does anyone know if there is someway to block the official site from tracking this copy, obviously if I can get this one to work?

I am using Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit and ESET NOD32 antivirus..no viruses found..and i installed it without error..so smooth..
and i can open nero 9 without error as well...

I didn't run Nero at all. Im running on Windows Vista Home Premium and Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 already insatalled.

Comment part 1
Well downloaded in 12 mins amazingly fast at 500mb/s
Then done an Avast (4.8) antivirus check (finds **** the Norton misses) all 17,000 files PASSED
Then took 75 minutes to install!!!! Why
Well taking a looking in the nero folder there is about a GIG of stuff in there, nero drive speed, neroinfo tool, nero player, all sorts of audio editors, nero Ill make you a cup of coffee. Etc etc
my office 2007 was a smaller file!!
Maybe on set up it might be worth installing just what you need!! (I installed normal setting , and did NOT install all) I think that I might be removing a few “features” at some point.. (there IS a feature to do this)
This is one heck of a package from Nero and I must say runs slowly from time to time.
This is a “feature” of the program NOT of the patch.
Looking on Google a few other people have found it a little slow
BUT
This download IS worth it

Scanned the zip file ,no viruses found on Mcafee

The software tries to go on line several times during the installation ,but I blocked it from going live in case Nero smelt a rat

I run Vista Ultimate 64bit, I am the admin, I have not installed the whole package, the program is installed in "program files(x86)".

Nero Vision doesn't work for me. I get this error.

Hi to everyone here well i just downloaded and installed this on on my laptop, i run vista ultimate, try nero vision and worked fine, everyone has problem with this just make sure run nero as admin, and patch as admin, the serial is o ready there you d'ont need to add any serial, get nero clean tool first to get rid of any nero on you Pc, after install, run patch, exit, done, WELL DONE TO THE UPLOADER, this is my first nero 9 working fine.

the patch creates this file advrcntr4.dll
so advrcntrl4.dll basically doesnt exist untill u use the patch as instructed and it will be created in the same folder as the patch and open it with the patch again
@123 silantra this is a heavy nero because it comes with all the nero toys and if you have 25 gb of free space shouldnt be a problem just extract on your hd drive and it's got nothing to do with ur ram

Please ignore my post above. If anyone has the same error message above, you need to delete Nero folder from your Common Files

usually C:/Program Files/Common Files/Nero

Delete Nero from there. I had reinstalled my xp from scratch but i had chosen the option "to leave file changes intact" that is why alot of files & folders were not deleted.

Anyway, now ill try & install this.

Having a problem - After I patch the program, the serial and everything works. I chose the standard installation and when it is installing, it only got to about 6% and had an error. So i used the CleanTool and tried again, this time it got to about 80% and had an error. Im downloading the new patch (comment 100) to see if that may help. Anyone know why it won't install fully or im having problems?

It works great ( vista) i just had to install nero as an administrator and when it finished i rebooted my computer( nothing to do with it) then i opened the patch as an administrator 2 and it worked perfectly.

My advice is stick with Nero 7. I have never ever had problems with it and I have burned thousands of dvd's, cd's, avi's and wii iso's with it.
There is still a version on here with a great keygen.

Does your system recognize that you have a dvd rw drive? Try putting a factory dvd into the drive to see if it reads. Sounds like your dvd drive may be failing.. Could be that your dvd laser lens is failing.. Don't wanna jinx you.

BTW guys, good upload. Had trouble at first (installer stalled @ 13%), but I locked down my firewall, disabled my antivirus, and installed it with no other apps running. Installed in 7 to 8 min. Thanks to the uploader!! Mazuki, you rock!!!

I had the same problem this is what I did from beginning to end it now works for me:

1.- Go to Setup folder and run "setupx" (for Vista users "Run as administrator"

2.- When installation finishes DO NOT run the application, go to C: drive and check if you "Pragram Files" and "Program Files(x86)" like I do. If you do open "Program Files(x86)" copy the "Nero" folder and paste it into the "Program Files" folder. Then go back to "Program Files(x86) open "Common Files" and copy the "Nero" folder and paste it into "Program Files\Common Files"

3.-Now go to the "Nero 9.0.9.4b Patchfix" folder and run the "nero9patch.exe" then click "Do It"

3.- When it says "DONE!" click "Patch it" and browse to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nero\AdvrCntr4\" folder and select the AdvrCntr4.dll file and click Open.

4.- When the second button says "DONE!" click "Close".

@194 quartz.dll is related to directx a microsoft program so try downloading directx from microsoft or search google for the newest version of directx

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium and I just followed the instructions to the letter and it works beautifully! Thanks to the uploader.

Vista folk that are having trouble with the install; Make sure that you 'Right Click' on the SetupX file and click 'Run As Administrator' to start the install. I done this and it worked perfectly with the Serial Number in place and everything!

P.S. Once the installation has completed and you have patched it, upon first start-up it asks you to register your product. If you wish you can use your own details in this part!

works perfect...thanks to the up loader.. For does that are using Vista, just Run both the .exe and the patch as Administrator. It should work by doing that. I have Vista 64 bits and works better than Roxio Creator that crashes most of the time in 64 bits.

but, I have one buggy problem with XVID..
I have no clue where it is..or why or what's the deal..
I go to my documents then my downloads. then I open up a file that has (exampe) let's say tremors xvid.avi
then a window pops up saying windows explorer has to shut down blah blah ****... I do the error reporting and everything closes all my stuff blanks out..then comes back... except my documents window has closed..

I installed as per instructions on Windows XP. I even got rid of all Ahead/Nero files, folders, and registry entries first.

Two things:
1. It did not seem to include all the features like BackitUp and InCD and....???

2. It still detected that I was attempting to run unlicensed and would then crash.

It may have been my fault for also obtaining update files from Nero and updating it. Maybe then I needed to run the Patch again before opening Nero. I didn't. Is that the problem? Learn from my mistake if so.

Anyway, thanks for the effort -- it seems to work for many.

I'm not sure I'll try again. 1gb for what Nero does is too much. I just won't use enough of it's functions.

It was a clean install, no previous Nero files in the registry, WinXP SP3, .NET Framework 3,5 SP1 installed already, installation took about 10-15 minutes.
I just followed instructions from the .txt file within!

Hello! I've succesfully downloaded this torrent but upon installation my computer suddenly shuts down, I followed the direction and clicked "setupx" but everytime the installation started, at around 4 percent, my pc suddenly shuts down.

i downloaded the file very quickly with no problems which was good! but now im having trouble because when i go to open the file it is opening with mpc star which is software for playing movies. what software do i need to open the file in order to download it? id be really happy if anyone could help!!

Well there was a time before when I managed to download and keygen this program and live happily ever after. But for some reason after I had completed maintenance including a reformat of the HD, I am unable to install Nero9. I followed instructions and clicked “DO IT” but got an error instead. I’m not sure what went wrong but thanks anyway for when it worked before. I also completed the Nero Removing Tool before installation and because I have Vista OS I ran the installation in Administrator. I will go back to 7 for now until I can figure this one out. Stealthbomber on comment 14 appears to have the same problem.

NO VIRUS........NO TROJANS.......EXCELLENT!!!! Thanks to whatmax for an excellent upload. I installed on Vista, all vista users remember even if you are logged on, or your profile is set as administrator you must still right click the exe AND patch and pick the option as run as administrator. It will not install correctly otherwise.
QUESTION TO WHATMAX... I installed half asleep and just took the default standard installation, and I re-install to gat the full installation or can I ammend my current installation and add the missing components?

@ nickbuttx08....i had this problem with nero 8...you just have to choose a different option than the regular dvd making option that option box on the left just try a different one eventually youll find one that will let you add it just make sure in the description on the right beside the option it says that it can be played back in most dvd players!

This is one of the best downloads I've done. It works great and is squeaky clean, which is to say there are no bugs in any shape or form. The instructions are easy and clear to understand, which makes a pleasant change. One thing though... your PC needs to have DirectX, Adobe Flashplayer and Shockwave installed, the most uptodate programs too, otherwise it can hang after starting. Thanks Mazuki, you're the best. salty the only reason i wont download this t is because of the official site problem for those of you who have the ability all you have to do is block internet access for nero if it can connect it cant detect so for you lucky ones who can try it and you should be alright if you get a pop up from your av that says nero wants to connect dont let it and it should be smooth sailing fron there because im 99% sure it dont need to have internet access to install and activate and by chance that .01% prooves me wrong lol then sorry alot of program makers are aware of the tricks of the trade thats why people have to keep making new black holes for those of us who cant do it theirself

man...dont get it started over looks eas1.- Go to Setup folder and run "setupx" (for Vista users "Run as administrator"

2.- When installation finishes DO NOT run the application, just go to "Nero 9.0.9.4b Patchfix" folder and run the "nero9patch.exe" then click "Do It"

I have a problem, hope someone can help me, i just created 2 DVD DATA .AVI and was all ok, yesterday i tried to do another one, but my computer is blocking at 50%, my mouse is stopped, ctrl+alt+canc doesn't go.

I had your nero9 installed and worked perfectly but a downloaded virus forced me format the drive. Now i can not reinstall nero9 again. It starts installing but after the language pack window it automatically jumps to 100% and brings up the installation finished page.

I had the same problem, it is where Nero hasn't been "fully" uninstalled.. so what you need to do is dl(download) a program called "General-CleanTool", it is free and can be found by just googling "General-CleanTool+nero". It's a really easy self explanatory tool and it will get rid of existing Nero products on your pc, then you just restart PC and re-install

Does anyone know how to get rid of the constant ERROR pop up "This program requires the file advrcntr2.dll, which was not found on this system"??

okay ive gotten the install in beautifully, and im in the middle of my patch as i type. ive gotten the first to buttons to say done, but i cannot find the folder thats supposed to be in program files/nero/advrcntr4. for that last AdvrCntr4.dll file.

why isnt it there? or am i jsut not looking in the right spot (although im damm sure i is). Is there something wrong in the way in installed it? i did the complete install.

Well it now seems to have stopped at 28%. So I will take that to mean it is not compatible with 64 bit. still it was a great upload for the 32 bitters. Great job uploader. :'(

Hey when i go to the C:\Program Files\Common Files

There is no nero folder at all so there is no AdvrCntr4.dll file aswell

nero did install properly i clicked do it so what am i doing wrong?

Ah i did install "typical installation" does it make a difference ?

I took some footage on my Everio JVC HD cam corder.
A few 1 to 3 minute clips
I am trying to edit them but when ever i get to the editing section in nero i can hear the clips but can only see a frozen picture that changes every 15 to 18 seconds making editing impossible.
It takes about 6 minutes to get to

( start smart- create and edit- author, edit and capture )

section and also it takes about 2 minutes to open a movie in showtime.

I uninstalled nero 9 then used the cleaning tool till i could not find anything nero related. Then i formatted the hard drive just to be sure
and re installed vista.
Re installed nero 9
it took over 6 hours to get nero 9 in
then installed the patch
and same problem.
As if nero drank goats milk

I opened the Showtime application and the THird Party patent comes up and it sits in the task bar for all the world to see! If you click on the link, it takes you to a nero site that informs you you have a pirated serial (dont ask HOW i know ). Since i was looking specifically for showtime, i removed this one and took the uploaders Nero 7. For my application, it is much better.

Download the nero cleaning tool from the nero site. Once it has cleaned yr system of any nero data restart yr computa. Follow the Installation notes posted by mazuki, you shouldnt have any probs.

When u right click to run as administator do this for the keygens aswell otherwise it will no work!

hey there,
this a very good download and clean. it's working perfectly.
am running Windows Vista Home Premium. go first to nero setup and right click it and choose run as administrator then wait for the setup to finish after exit and dont open it. then go to patch file and then application and right click it and choose run as administrator and the choose DO IT. after a little while you will see done on that do it, and then choose patch it and small window will open and it might tell u this file doesn't exist but name will be already written in the writing bar but blued out, just click open and thats all!! ur done!!

I cant edit with this program.
When i add TOD or DVD or AVI files to edit i can only hear sound and a picture every so often making it impossible to edit.

I uninstalled and re installed nero several times as well as formatted the hd but still the same problem.

I did not have this issue with nero 7 premium.
What can i do to fix this.

Does ANY 1 else have this problem???

only thing that didnt work for me is the Patch, keep giving me errors but its fine tho.

Installation:

Clean program

468 and 469 just uninstall the prog and start over ,

Installation:

Would someone please give me a hand in figuring out how to use this Nero. I can't seem to find how you burn a DVD. Nero 7 was easier to find (using Nero Startsmart) but this one I can't find anything to do with DVD. Data DVD I can but that's it.

Installs and works fine under Vista 32. Be sure to erase all previous versions of Nero if you had any, including registry files. Use Advanced Uninstaller Pro 9.6 and it does all this for you. Then be sure and follow the included instructions very closely.

One thing I noticed is Nero 9 doesn't tell you if the source files to be burned are slightly too large for the blank media (which Nero 7 did). It will burn what it can fit and ignore the rest so be sure to turn on verify written data and make sure the verify gets to 100%.

So, I've never actually done a "patch" before. Just key gen and serials. I am currently installing Nero 9. Is there any trick to the patch before I get to it? Do I have to close EVERYTHING else, including the Nero? I've been reading comments so I'm fairly certain I can pull this off. I just don't want to do something stupid. (yeah, good luck with that.)

1. Have loaded as per instructions. Some aspects of the program do not appear on desktop.(nero express, nero burning rom, AdvrCntr4)
2. Nero Vision does not burn to DVD, always comes up with error file whilst attempting to burn.
3. Also unable to access "all programs" when start is pressed.
4. If nero 9 program is deleted/un-installed, "all programs" appear at start.

Further to my comments above (507) have been able to get around icons for various nero programs, but still unable to burn to dvd disc when Nero 8 or 9 has been "successfully" loaded. Using Windows 7 OS.

Using Nero Vision, at burning stage to disc, always error file is generated and disc is ejected?

For those using Windows Business Vista. And cant find the run as admin option. Do this. Run setup.exe from Win rar and install. To run the patch go to: Start-computer/c:-Users-YOUR NAME-downloads-Ahead Nero 9.09.4b-Nero 9.09.4b Patch fix-there right click and there you have the option to run it as admin. Do it. Then Do it, then patch it then close it. WORKS GREAT

Well I tried to install it on 2 Vista machines (home premium SP2) and 2 XP machines. No luck. Yes I followed the instructions to the letter, yes as administrator. I didn't touch a thing until the instructions told me to and when I went to start it said I had a incorrect key or corrupt install on all 3 machines and it does not like my MSXML 4.0 files. So I think many of you got lucky with your install.
Never had any previous version of NERO on any of the PC's but one with XP. Uninstalled and used cleaner, exact same problem on it.
Like I said everything appears to work fine, install and everything and even the patch appears to execute fine, does everything the instructions says it's supposed to do, but when I open Nero it says corrupt install or incorrect key (yes the key is there in the beginning)

excuse me

i installed nero on windows xp and worked well but when i install nero on vista home premium it doesn't work

the installation goes normall but when it finishes i dont see any shortcuts on the desktop and there isn't a folder in (c/programe files)

there is only one folder which is in (c/programe files/common files/nero)

does anuone know what the problem is?

Worked fine for me on Vista, but will not install on Windows 7 (7600)
It gets stuck early on, and each time installs less.
First time it stuck at 17%, second time at 11%, did a full clean including a full reg clean, and now it's stuck at 6%, my cpu usage is 50% with the Nero installer as well as the Windows installer running, but nothing is happening.

I have also tried downloading the latest version from Nero and tried the crack with that, and although it said it had patched it, it wouldn't even run.

Someone please help me. I have follow all the instructions. I clean and remove all the nero I can find. I use ccleaner i use the nero cleaner everyone keeps talking about. I have disabled my mcafee and turn on the internet connection. Though the internet has to be on for the final step. I have run both the patch and the setupx under administrator. working good. i used #34 AmeobaXD instructions (tyvm) to remove my old nero ****. be sure to remove all nero files with the programs.

then i simply followed the instructions included in the rar file.

@543 : i used this 1E30-EMK8-1824-6AM0-9572-4493-233E wen it asked for my serial first time. seemd to work. and i chose the full install (complete) that instaled everythiong.

i use windows 7 ult (64bit) and it has worked i have burned a cd with it works fine.

Thank you so much for your help elgeeno and rwttaber. After many failed attempts in the past. I have finally loaded this successfully and fully with no Third Party pop up. I don't know how to thank you all. I'm so happy to have the new Nero 9 completely unlock thanks again and thank you Mazuki.
I will now explain everything I did so that others can load it without problem. Mind you I have Windows Vista Home Edition 32 bit. So I don't know if this will work on all other software.

1.Besure to have any of your virus scanners disabled or turn off completely. *Note* Not too sure about this because I had just reformated my entire computer from scratch but couldn't hurt to be on the safe side.

2.Make sure you have Microsoft.NET Framework 3.0 or Higher. Note* Otherwise it won't recongnize it.

3.REMOVE ALL NERO USING THE GENERAL CLEAN TOOL!!!

4.Load Mazuki's Nero load no other Nero just the one that you download at the very top of this page. *Vista users be sure to load both the installer and the patch by right clicking them both and selecting run as administrator.

5.When you start installing it will show you the serial number remove the one in the blank and put in this one 9M03-019A-X6AM-Z365-28EH-AX3K-LL1X-19HP. *Trust me this is not bull**** it will work,I don't know why Mazuki's doesn't work or if I did something wrong but this code work 100% for me.

6.After installation go to the patch right click select it as run as adinistrator. Follow the read me file in this folder.

If you follow both mine and Mazuki instructions you will be rewarded with a fully unlock Nero. Again I don't know if this works for Windows XP etc. I just know it work for me on Vista. Hope this helps people out enjoy. If these methods don't work let me know I'll see what I can do.

I truely love this program, it's sooo easy to use! I downloaded this program maybe 5 months ago & it worked perfect. Then within the last month the pictures that I used for the title page were blown up so big that I had to resize them. This isn't a big issue for me. What I'm upset about is that I can't burn any torrents any more. The program works perfect until it starts to "create menus and transcoding". Nero 9 just hangs there and doesn't do anything. Can someone please help me???? I miss my favorite pass time! :'(

13roadway, I'm trying to understand this so you downloaded the torrent at the top of this page. When it finish and you unzip the folder. You should had 2 folders one for Nero 9 setup and Ahead Nero 9.0.9.4b Patchfix. Please explain what happen so I can help otherwise here is another link I know of with just the patch hope this helps.

Okay all the burning seems to work but for some reason all the Menu templates weren't loaded. When I went to the Nero site to update the templates. It would say,

Please note: Menu Templates Pack 3 is not compatible with Nero 9 Essentials. Upgrade now to Nero 9 and enjoy all you can do with Template Packs for menus and videos.

Note:It mentions to put in the serial number to upgrade. I wanted to make sure this was okay and wouldn't ruin the installment of this Nero 9 or cause them to block this serial ruining this installment for all of us.

My Control Center says none are install even after I just install them from their site. When I loaded this Nero I told it to do a complete install. So how do I fix the Menu Template problem or has this happen to anyone else? I was able to install all the 2D templates but none of the 3D will install? If anyone knows how to fix this problem please help thanks.

having a problem uninstalling this. when i rty to uninstall from the change/remove programs and click remove it says 'ending installation'
and click ok. But there are still Nero common files. error message
'can't delete LBFC:Access denied. Make sure the disk is not full or ... blah blah blah.' does anyone know about uninstalling this if need be. I deleted the program files but the common files are still hangin around and I dont know how to get rid of that dll file. Ayn help

Well the only way I know of to get rid of all your Nero is with the General Clean Tool. You can't remove all of it from your remove programs area. Any other program sure but not Nero for some reason. Her is the link for the tool this should help you out. I had this problem too.

Program scanned using spyware, and anti-virus software and came back clean. Works perfectly fine, Dont forget to use "Run as Administrator" or software will not install correctly or at all.

Have you tried to clean out your Temp folder manually? I read that when it starts to install it fills up your temp folder rather fast. Try that if that doesn't do anything or if you have already done this. Let me know I see if I can figure something out. Also please list your processor that might help a little too.

Johnsonville17, what is your processor. I had this problem once myself. I believe I just restarted the computer after cleaning all the nero off with the general clean tool. Then install it and it load everything. Also if your using Vista be sure to right click on the setupX file. As for it working on Vista 64 bit. I believe you shouldn't have any problem with it. I pretty sure if you do a find on this thread you will see a few people that have loaded this on their 64 bit.

Hello everybody. I am having trouble with NERO9, I would appreciate if someone could help!!! I did all the necessary cleaning ( with GENERAL CLEAN TOOL ), installed the program step by step as indicated and NERO VISION + NERO COVER DESIGNER don’t open at all. The error messages are:
1)NERO VISION : Unable to load imaging subsystem. Make sure is installed properly.
2)NERO COVER DESIGNER : Error opening : C:\Program files\Nero\Nero9\Nero CoverDesigner\def.dat
I’d like to mention that after a while seeding the torrent,I have a status error : “files missing” and after installation completed, KASPERSKY suspects Trojan.generic!!!! But no active threat is found…Thank you for your time!!!

Just installed it on my Vista Ultimate, only had a problem with the patch. Just make sure you run nero9patch.exe as administrator (as well as the setupx.exe before) and you should be smooth sailing...

To clarky_85, all I do from the Nero directory is go to "Nero Vision", and select "Make a DVD" and burn the avi or divx file (really almost any file) to the dvd.... and they play in most dvd players

I followed the instructions and got stuck when using the patchfix ->

First of all I couldn't really read what it said on the buttons in the new window. (only me?) Knowing what they should say though I could figure it out.

When pressing "DO IT" the patchfix says: FAILED TO SET DATA FOR;SERIAL9_.... like above ... I'm using Win 7 Ultimate x64.

According to post 602 I have to run the patch.exe with a rightclick and "run as administrator". But why? I'm already administrator on my system? Is this a Win 7 problem? I never tried this option so I don't know if it works.

Nero started fine after I installed it (without the cracks). I just canceled the reg part. I tried it sometimes and everything worked, without any questions about activation etc. . (as trial version?) I then decided to uninstall the whole thing ( it's too big for my taste and took about 30 min on a quite new pc to install) and ran into some unwanted trouble. ->

Nero installs the LightScribe software (and some other stuff?), but it does not uninstall it! I tried it "the right way" with "unistall a program" in windows but I only got an error message, saying I don't have the priviliges removing/uninstlling the programm, eventhough I'm the administrator. Crap.

I tried alot, including changing the security options on the folder/files and making me the superuser/owner. Didn't work. (It has something to do with that TrustedInstaller user Windows uses to install things but I don't understand how it works.)

Workaround that worked for me -> I installed the newest version from http://www***ghtscribe.com/ and then uninstalled it. It removed everything. Thank god :-)

For me this thing isn't an option. Not good enought for windows 7.

I ran into a weird one. I am going through install and it tells me I have 0 space. I have 109GB free on my C drive. It does see the free space on my other drives. Can I install it on other drives than C: ?
Also any idea as to why it shows me 0 space?

The upload is great, but there are some problems with the program. I don't know if this happened to any of the folks who downloaded this torrent!

1) you need a serial when first openning the installer which was not mentioned in the instructions...
I searched for the serial and i found this:
8M01-209M-AH6P-5UW0-WHAW-C53X-473X-79MH
It's works 100%

2)when the install was completed, the program worked properly (clean of viruses) but when oppening the program a fatal error occurs...

3)No uninstaller man, this made me work for hours in order to clean the registery...

Hi all
I have downloaded OK but when I right mouse on the Patch there is no choice to run as Administrator and when I change the name to admin I get an error message....can anyone help please???

Double click the patch then right click the correct button, run that as an administrator

Thanks FreddyJunior but I just cannot get that option I open the patch up to the childs face and the buttons on the left do nothing with right mouse and the 1 button on the right has no run option.

When i open the patch file only a picture shows up and some weird icons down at the bottom of it..***where it says do it or anything else that is written in the read me file...anyone know what to do?

The left Button in the patch program is DO IT! The next one is PATCH It! and the one on the right is CLOSE IT!
Make sure you right click on the patch program and select "Run as Administrator".

nero is crap the best softwaer is ulead dvd movie factory 6 plus easy to crack none of the bull**** priate seral pop box 100 time better then nero it give's you more then nero offers give it a try if you can't get ulead go to corel it's the same thing corel got ulead some time ago it's all good

Thanks whatmax for the upload, it works like sharm easy to install, however nero mediahome is not installed. i have downloaded the trial version and obtain the serial. am wondering if install this trial version it might affect all the nero programme what do you think or can anyone suggest

I had no problem downloading it... but it was a trail verison... WHAT THE HECK, and it took forever to download.
