SINCE Mininova started using content restrictions, eztv and other uploaders will no longer posts the actual video (for some titles) but instead posts a link for the actual torrent on their site / other sites.

SO when you see a torrent on MiniNova which is only a few bytes - it is NOT longer "automatically" fake, it is just NOT the actual video torrent but a link for the video file's torrent(which will be significant larger)

For SOME uploaders this might be the only way for us to download their work using mininova. BUT for EZTV: You can always download the direct torrent from EZTV's own website:
