WORKS FOR ME IM RUNNING WIN 7 7127 ALT 0160 WITH THE NUM PAD AND I CAN ALSO DELETE WHEN I WANT JUST RIGHT CLICK DELETE

to delete that file
1.run cmd
2.go to dir where you have saved that folder(without name)
3.and type the following
rd 0a00~1

if you follow tejas92's instruction under vista, chances are, you will get "Access is denied." prompt. So for those of you getting that, do the following instead.
1. Go to where you saved that folder.
2. Run cmd, and type in ren "(alt+0160)" folder
the (alt+0160) is the space character you used to name the folder, and you need to keep the quotation marks. So it should look like this in your command prompt
ren " " folder

Ok, I found the solution.
You need to have WinRAR, right click folder and go to "Add to archive". There is a list of boxes. Select only "Delete files after archive". Then hit Apply/Ok, let it archive, the folder will be gone. Finally, delete the archive! Voila!
