ok shift the sound about +600ms or +700ms (do this with wmpc play>audio>options> enable audio time shift)

just came back from at and ebon is being a ***** saying that nothings wrong cause him and the encoder an get it to work, pft,so much for encoding for the people, and it doesnt look like they are going to do anything about it.

here's a simple fix for the A/V synch problem:
Download MKVToolnix from here:
http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/
Install, open up mkvmerge Gui and drag and drop the file into the window, then click start muxing.
This will remux the out of synch mp4 to an in synch mkv.
Takes 2 seconds, it's a lossless process and the problem is gone
