smuggly: Please notice you don't need to open the rar, it's an internal data file.

All you need to do is install the setup file: flv_to_mp3_conv_v2.0_setup.exe
And you are set to go with this free software.

The program seems to work fine, but it makes the audio in AAC format, not MP3, and my ipod touch will not accept it...
