I can't get the sound to work. The video is good. But there's no sound (and I tried opening it in various programs). I was able to open it in winamp and there I had sound but no picture. So I know the sound track exists. Anyone know what I could possibly play this in?

The video's are encoded very well and this is the only place I've found the nutrition guide. But pages 81-88 of the nutrition guide are missing. That's a bit disappointing.

For some reason, I am having a problem getting the videos to play on my iPod. It could be because of the newer version of the iPod software, but iTunes keeps saying that these files are not compatible with the iPod. Do I need to reset to an older iPod software or could it be something else? The other videos that DO work on the iPod say "Protected MPEG-4" and these videos just say "MPEG-4" file. That could be it. I've gotten other videos in years past to play on it, but have not tried in ages.

You have to convert the video files to work on your ipod, I use videora ipod touch converter. The program is INTENSE, way more challenging than you originally thing. Tony is amazing though and he helps you through the grueling exercises.

at first sound wasnt working, i downloaded videolan and still wasnt working, then on videolan i had to go on audio ==> audio device ==> mono. the sound doesnt work when you have it on stereo.
