attentin guys this is only portable...

i have some reports that the bridge dont work but as sayd above it's only portable
iss od foor small hard drives or if you go to house of a friend or in your work
i strongly recomend to save the work lot´s of times too preventing some craches that may append

Works great and very easy to install. Create a new folder no your desktop and extract to that folder using winrar, then open your new desktop folder and double click on the BLACK AND WHITE 7Z ICON and extract again, then open the PHOTOSHOP11 FILE FOLDER and open the BLUE PS ICON and thats it. download and install programs called "winrar" and "uTorent" (trial of winrar will do)
use uTorrent to download this, browser should have an option to open with uTorrent once you click on the download button
and use winrar to open the zip file, use the "extract" button and put it in your desktop or somehting

I have the same problem as 40 gagerjiz ... I can use the app with no problem but I cannot see my saved files ... Even overwriting the original doesnt help ... CS sees the 'editited' file but my file manager only sees the 'original' file ... Ive tried XY and Directory Opus too and both have the same issue ...

I was over the moon when I downloaded this programme and extracted the file; worked like a dream even though I didn't expect it to! But now after spending a long time on an image I have found out I cant save!?
I guess this serves me right for not getting the real deal. But is anyone else having this issue??
When I click on Save As and then choose JPEG (or another format that is suitable for the web) I can not uncheck the 'copy' box which is what you need to do to save the image. It's shaded grey and unclickable.
Oh well. So people wanting to download this I suggest you dont and just buy the product.

This is NOT a full version , although it works.
Everybody should be aware of this!
It won't allow you to browse and it lacks the help features as well as all the features found on full version.
It is easy to install using winrar.

no problem saving images- you must flatten them if you have layers and some can onlysave as copy if you do not rename them.

To everyone that has problems saving/viewing saved photos
Although it comes up with the error message
{it most likely did save} (all the file types work btw, .tif, .jpg, etc.)
[if a certain config does not work.. please post]
The reason the pics do not show up is because they are saved into the "photoshop 11" file folders
Go to (in my case i saved the torrent into documents)
Documents\Photoshop 11\photoshop\%Profile%
... there should be a picture folder

Its no good if your into hardcore practice. It has cache problems and getting slow with large files after a while and crashes evantually. Lack of some new nice features and take caution about the saving location also..

for all the people that are confused and dont know how to install it!
open up the rar file click on the exe then click extract
now wher the photoshop folder is their should be another exe (black and white)
click on that one and hit extract..***w their should be a folder on your desktop called photoshop 11
go into that folder and theirs the photoshop icon (make shortcuts everywhere of it)you dont have to but it would be a good thing to do.
so double click on the photoshop icon and....BOOM YOU JUST GOT PHOTOSHOP!!!

I was skeptical at first but this thing really works. And easiest "install" EVER! It seems to be complete and fully featured as far as I can tell. How is it so small? Works beautifully off my thumb drive (a little slowly because of read/write speed of flash).

To idiots who are not good with torrents... here are a few downloads you need to use any torrent you will ever need to use
1. uTorrent of course, link = www.uTorrent.com
2. WinRar, to extract .rar, .zip, .r01, .r02 and so on link = http://www.mininova.org/tor/2866539
3. MagicIso, god just search in on mininova
4. Daemon Tools, search it on mininova as well.

Ok, easiest instructions ever.
1. Install all of the above programs, (you only need to install utorrent and winrar but the other ones are good to have).
2. Download the torrent.
3. Right click on the torrent on uTorrent and select 'Open Containing Folder'.
4. There should be a .rar file, open it with Winrar that you should have downloaded.
5. Drag the .exe to your desktop.
6. Run the .exe and select extract or whatever button it is.
7. There should be a folder on your desktop now, inside is the .exe to Photoshop, no installation required just run the .exe, BUT IT HAS TO BE IN THE SAME FOLDER AS EVERYTHING ELSE THE EXE WAS IN BEFORE.
8. Right click on the .exe that launches Photoshop and click Send To> Desktop.
Done!

Yes this does work. However I tried to use the File > Automate > Merge to HDR... function and it does not work. Once the open files are converted and you click OK to the dialog that opens, you get an Error 1208: NULL pointer was encountered. Line 306, app.activeDocument = tmpdoc;
However the merged HDR image does remain open and you are able to save it.

Ahhhh, this installation brings back the good ol' DOS and Windows 3.11 days when to install a program or move it to another computer, all you had to do was copy the directory (now called a folder), and create a shortcut to the EXE if you wanted to. No flippin registry full of cryptic, bloated information to worry about, everything about a program was self contained within the directory it resided in. SOOoo much nicer back then....

Hey, first off thanks for the download. But I seem to have come up to a lil problem, its says Adobe could not open "photoshop" its either not a supported file type or its damaged. What the hell do i do ?

whenever i double click PS icon (blue one), it says THE APPLICATION FAILED TO START BECAUSE MSVCP80.DLL CANNOT BE FOUND. RE-INSTALLING THE APPLICATION MAY FIX THIS PROBLEM.
UNABLE TO LOAD DLL, C\PROGRAM FILES\PROGRAM\PHOTOSHOP.EXE->ADOBEOWL.DLL
PLEASE HELP ME, I CAN'T RUN OR USE THE PHOTOSHOP...

weirdest thing... i can work, but all the files i save are not visible on the file system. it appears only photoshop sees them, but the explorer does not.

It won't let me select and stretch layers. Has anyone else had that problem? Also the eraser wouldn't work.

I Contineously have the same problem as #229. I am in desperate need of this program for my business and cannot afford to not have this right now.
I have downloaded from ADOBE and about 4 other threads on Mininova and keep getting the same crap that ADOBE CS4 Component cant be installed.
I just bought my laptop 2 weeks ago. Its an MSI Notebook

Hey 146, i can help you i recently found a prolem with Win 7 and this photoshop, but you the compatibility center thing on the task bar (the little flag)? Well right click the flag, and click open troubleshoot a problem. Then a window will pop up you'll see Program's in green writing click the blue writing under it and another window will pop up, continue by click next and it will look for problems with the compatibility of your programs once its done, it will have a list of your programs now find photoshop in that list (if its not listed click not listed and use the next window to browse your PC for it) click not listed and it will change to another window which allows you to find Photoshop save location. Once you have found it (the file you're looking for is the .exe file) click open and then next and then click the option try recommend settings which will recommend putting Windows 7 xp service pack 2 and your Photoshop will now work 
Any problems gimmie a shout.

I have been looking for a working copy of PS for SO LONG! I couldn't find anything that worked with Vista, but this one does! Thank you so much!!
1. DO NOT EXTRACT RIGHT AWAY!
2. Create a new folder (titled appropriately) on your desktop.
3. In Winrar, extract the torrent file to the folder you just created.
4. Open the new desktop folder & there should only be one item with a black & white icon that says '7Z', titled 'Photoshop_11'. Open that.
5. A dialog box will open that has 2 options - extract or cancel. The default destination will be the desktop folder you just created. Click the extract button.
6. Now there should be 2 items in your new folder - the 7Z icon you already clicked on and a folder titled 'Photoshop 11'. Open the folder.
7. It may take a minute to load, but there will be a folder titled 'photoshop' and an .exe file or application titled 'Photoshop' with a blue 'Ps' icon. That's your working copy of photoshop! Click it & have fun!

i tried to install this on Win7. I have all updates that are avail. i get to where it is about to install and i get an error that says the msvcp80.dll is missing try re-installing the prog to fix, but that doesnt work. Has anyone else had this prob or know how to go about fixing? I am running win7 64bit.

I'm having the same problem as 5sheps and all the others.. any win7 user who has figured out how this works? cos it's probably because of the OS, right? seeing as how it seems to work perfectly for all the XP and Vista users.
I tried troubleshooting.. so a prompt comes up saying that it is on WIN COMPATIBILITY MODE: winXP (service pack2) or something.. and that I have to start the program to make sure that the "adjustments" worked.
it seems as if it does cos a window appears and asks if i would let photoshop.exe make changes to my computer blah blah blah so i click OK. and another window appears with the message: "unable to load DLL C:\ProgramFiles.....Photoshop.exe->AdobeOwl.dll" I keep trying and trying but the same thing happens.
has anyone tried this? if so, can you tell me if it works? or is it just my computer?? thanks a bunch!

my avg showed the extrated exe files as malware and asked for quarantine or it will ruin my pc settings.***s say some kind of malware..which download...
i can't take the risk...upload extracted software if u want..
