I would highly doubt that you will be able to play this online... most pirated games do not allow for online play.

For me, I am downloading this now, and in a few days I will likely buy it so I can play it online.

But I have to say, I am getting terrible download speeds. Only 1 seeder, and about 3kbps. Ports are open, just seems like people are not seeding.

I hope you guys buy this if you like it! The PC rarely gets good console (and fighting) games like this, and it's partly because they all get pirated so much. So if you like this game, please buy it and help the PC to survive as a gaming machine. Make no mistake, if we all keep stealing these games and not buying them, your choice of PC games in the future WILL be more limited. Trust me.

For the dude who couldn't find the crack - After installing, look in the folder on the top left of the recently open window.

Okay - that probably makes no sense. Just look in every folder in the window and you'll see it.

Many people are asking for a patch to get pass the Save problem.
Has anyone come up with that yet?

works perfecly for me, i can save via offline ms account, and i just unlocked sakurA. Game is ****en hard on ps2 pad though, need to buy proper joystick.

bah i installed the game but after installation it says invalid disk. After the installation i copy the crack and put it into capcom folder and double click on the shortcut in desktop, it just show a hourglass in a split second and nothing shows up again and nothing related to the game is running in task manager. for 221 if you burned a cd the crack folder is on that you need to drag in onto the main folder on your cd. To creat a account you go through the steps to make a online account the is a offline option in there.

THIS IS IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!
guys, I have bought the pirated version, and its a 2 dvd game, the first DVD has the same files you can dounload from this torrent.
The second DVD has one more file called Data11.cab and it weighs 1.75GB without this file you won't be able to install or play SFIV so download this torrent but you will have to find this file Im talking about to complete the game and install it properly.

Hey all.

After you download the game, install it, crack it etc.
Run the "Street Fighter IV launcher"
Configure your Control Pad before you run the game.

It works fine on my PC -
Nvidia Geforce 7900
4GB ram, 4.26Ghz Intel (2) Dual core blah blah blah.

If the Street fighter logo just turns into an hour glass and nothing happens, then run the SFIV launcher icon.

Basically: Unrar the bottom file in the SFIV window, Mount it, install it, add the Crack, then click on the SFIV launcher.
Create an OffLine account, (so you can save), make a shortcut and it should be fine.

I don't know ****-all about computers, but if I can get it to run, then you guys can. If you can't get it to run, email some dudes on here, check forums, or re-install it.

I have finally found out, how to play arcade game. Its not completely okay, but at least it wont crash on vista 64. You just have to change a system time to an older year -> 2006 works. Then start the arcade game and it should be working.

Anyway, I cant save the progress. DAMNED. (And I had created offline account!!!)

****! I just wrote this whole list of what to do, and I accidently deleted it!
Dude, I wrote the last message at 4:30am. Lol, I was tired. It actually doesn't make sense what I wrote before. You were right lol

Just go into PowerISO, and mount it and install it.
After Installing it, go bak into PowerISO and click on the D: (that's what mine is mounted as.

Open it, and you should see many folders. One of which is the "Crack" folder.

If you see the crack folder then you've pretty much done it correctly.
Just mess around with opening the SFIV ISO until you see the "CRACK" folder.

Once you see it, open it and you can play.

Don't forget to copy it to your SFIV directory file.

Like I said, open the ISO and mess around with it. Once you see the "Crack"
folder, then you are very close.

Sorry, this is all I can do. People on here know way more about this than I do.

I hope I've helped in some way.

Okay, torrent completed and working perfectly ! (even if I didn't tested Arcade Mode yet). Game after installation is really 4.29 Go !

I'm playing with my Logitech RumblePad 2 ! All fun, great game !

Otherwise, just after installation, at first I wasn't able to start the game because of crashes (SFIV has stopped..) after clicking "SF4Launcher.exe" (even by replacing with crack, updating GFWL etc..like so many of you !).

And I found why ! A few days ago, I completely desactivated the sound hardware acceleration in the control panel for playing correctly Dark Sector (very annoying sound issues in this game...)

So I re-set to complete acceleration and it's now starting and working like a charm ! So go check and give it a try !!

Hope that it'll help ^^ (Sorry for the English mistakes yups..)

Well what can i say, CAPCOM you have hit the nail on the head here for two reasons, firstly because youve ported this game perfectly, secondly you actualy took the time to port it for the pc and i think its a large step towards getting beat em ups on the pc (something which ive missed for a long time)

I for one will be buying this game because i am mad about sf and i know i will give anyone a run for their ***** and i just can't wait to prove that.

Excellent rip, and excellent game, this is a must have.

Oh and sorry i forgot to mention, if you notice anomalies within the game then just update your gpu and or gpu driver.

ive ran this on a gt120 and a 8800gs and both were able to achieve a locked 60fps at full settings on high.

If you dont meet the RECOMMENDED not minimum, RECOMMENDED then i wouldn't bother cos you may not get the fps you might need to be able to enjoy this great beat em up.

Most of you should be ok, if you have probs saving, just create an offline games for windows account and you should be fine, although to play online you will need to BUY the game.

You can play it with any controller so long as its configured, the xbox360 pad doesn't need anything doing to it, its what im using. The ps2 pad is king of the pads in my eyes. To seed dammit, there must be an underlying problem with either your connection to the internet or your torrent client!! To be getting 1kbps is very poor, and i don't think its your fault but you really should check all utorrent settings and then check again. Its probably your amount of connections your allowing try to take it back a peg or two. Again hit google for the how to.

Guys, I still can't get it to work. Does anyone, or has anyone, had the same problem as me? I double click the cracked SFIVlauncher.exe and nothing happens. It just sits there. There's an hourglass present for like a second, but after that, nothing. No errors, just nothing.

ANYONE EXPERIENCING SLOW GAMEPLAY PLEASE READ (no, Im not talking about a fps-frames per second or the FIXED/VARIABLE game play setting)

I use the wireless XBOX/PC game controller for my gameplay. I downloaded the game (it took a week to download) then I burned it to disk, installed it to the pc, copied the crack into the program folder. Now, when I play the game I notice a SLIGHT delay on the response time it takes from when I press a button for the character to act. The response is less than a second but still, its frustrating. Does ANYONE know how to solve this issue? And would I experience this if I went out and bought the game, because I dont see how a fighting game can have such an issue in 2009.

But I did have some problems, so I thought I'd come back here and post my tips. For those who are having problems you can try 3 things, in order they are: (1.) Install Games for Windows Live (it is required) and is included on the SF4 ISO (2.) Install the Direct X Updates, again, on the SF 4 ISO.

I am using Vista x64 Ultimate, Sp1. ATI 4870 1gb (1920, 16AF, 4aa looks amazing!). This game is worth it and I will purchase at some point in the future. For those wondering you CAN create an 'offline Live profile' so that you can save your progress. Of course you cannot play online but wht, if you want that much then the game is probably worth your *****.

just extract the game, and go to the crack folder, dont replace the crack folder to the innstallation. just go to the crack folder, and klikk it, you will se a little street fighter iv icon, klick it, and play the game with zero problem and if you want to save, just make a offline account, not a live one..

Hey guys just would like to say ive discoverd a working method of playing online with your freinds. With this method you dont have to play on windows servers.

Instructions

1. Download Hamachi and create a network.
2. Get your freind to join the network and copy his ip
3. Download sfiv online tool from here
4. Extract contents to your install folder
5. Run SF4Online
6. Then goto vs action>add ip address then add ip
7. Double click the ip and it will go red, giving the other person a request
8. Double click on ip again and it will launch game
9. Now wait untill you get to charecter select screen
10. Let player 2 enter and select charecter first.
11. Chose yoour player and map and enjoy =]
