It sure isn't starcraft 2.
It is a 3d-map with starcraft-ish textures and the "interactivity" is to press buttons 1-4 to switch between different moving cameras showing off the map.
The map looks like something made in the warcraft 3-editor. There are also models of vespene gas and minerals, but those are butt-ugly homemade models made in blender. The application seems to be made in python and my conclusion is that someone wanted to show off his AMAZING skills in rendering a few models and calling it a "starcraft map test" to get some attention.
(Bravo, not impressed!)
There isn't any viruses or anything, just a waste of time.

hmm sorry for the confusion. No idea anyone would bother downloading this. 
This is just a small test thingy I'm doing to aid casters in starcraft 1 games.
I only uploaded this here so my friends could download it and help me do some internal debugging. If you don't know what it is then you proly shouldn't be downloading it. It's not supposed to be nothing spectacular.
Sorry for the confusion again. I'm gonna try to make it clear on the description next time ^^
