i had mcfee bulit in my laptop......i wanted install kis but....so uninstalled.....but when tryin g 2 install kis it saying it is still there....some site advisor or something.....how do i remove it 1 install kis....
Its not even in add/remove...

Same happens to me stinkman1391............
I had McAfee......I uninstalled it and tried to install Kis........
but it still says to remove McAfee site advisor 
Plz help guys...........

Site advisor is a plugin, remove from IE and/or Firefox manually.

I have kiss 2009 with mcafee siteadvisor, and it works well. If you need to uninstall it in vista you go to "control panel"; "programs"; "uninstall program"; or you go to Internet explorer 8 ; "tools" and choose the fourth option but that will only desactivate it, but it won´t uninstall it. you have to go like i said in the first place and go to the control panel

stinkman1391, try to use revo uninstaller to uninstall mcfee then try to remove all.
