I will just say that dianetics can be useful tool for dealing with and realising where your problems may have originated , it is somewhat close to regression therapy etc... just remember, the power is in YOU and be sure to keep it as a TOOL if you wish to go further into scientology, be sure to keep an open mind, by that i mean i have some whom have benefited from dianetics and the like only to dive into scientology and close everything else out. There are answers to be found in a lot of places.
i will close by saying good luck in your endeavours Paiduema, i have to felt that way in my life before, it sounds very much like depression to me, that you may have been suffering. Being creatures of habit as we are, so do the brains chemicals work habitually. Remember the things that have always made you happy and be sure to do them or place yourself in positions to do them , with uplifting people who care for you, not just in words but also by actions. enough from me good luck to you all
