Though the story is similar, hidden secrets on a hidden island.
If nothing is altered too much prior to the release,
Crysis will be the best FPS yet.

crysis is NOT the sequel to Far Cry.
It's a new game, completely different from Far Cry, made with the Crytek engine 2. That's the only thing these games have in common. Cryengine and Cryengine2.
Hell this one is being published by EA and Ubisoft still owns the rights to Far Cry.
