Guys Installed on Win 7 64-bit works FLAWLESS !!!
Great & Clean program also Keygen works excellent.
flangefoot please select Soundforge 10 from the pull down menu in the keygen and then generate the key. It defaults to SF 9.0
For SF 10 the key will start with 164-
Please let us know if you still have any problems.

for vista
Step 1 install
step 2 Patch it by click ing patch then go to the hdd then to program files then click on sony and then click ok
Step 3 keygen-change the product name to sound forge 10 series and then use those keys to fill in registration
(after it asks u if u want to do online registration and error occurs just press retry and then cancel and continue with registration)

sony sound forge 10....this is crucial
then patch directory...leave keygen open
register with bull**** name if asked use serial or auth code

thanx it does work just run the keygen as admin. hit the drop down to ver. 10 then program files,sony,sound forge. then ok wait 30-45 sec. patching is done. start sound forge enter key for ver. 10, click next, put wut ever name u want. dont forget to hit register from another computer. put in auth. code then you're done.

Easy steps
1. Install sound forge - don't run once finished
2. Run the patch/key gen as administrator - click on patch - once done leave open
3. Start sound forge
4. Enter serial no from key gen
5. Click next - enter what ever name
6. click on register from another computer - then put in auth code
7. Your done

thanks to the uploader!! it works great, it just misses the Noise Reduction and another couple of plugins 
...maybe I could use the older version of Noise Reduction with it...(???)

about the post 19: there is really no need to disconnect from internet, you can choose also "register through another computer", just remember to patch before fill out the form, and no need either to move the Keygen to the installed directory; just click Patch and brows to Sound forge Pro 10.0 in programs. However!! you can do in the way you feel more comfortable

Sorry #18 and 19 but it still didn't patch ("An error has occurred while patching the file(s)!" although I've taken care for the path for patching!
Also, all Authentication codes are invalid! Why?
I'm using Vista Ultimate SP2 and I know to run as an Administrator...but what is the problem?

I do not know what all the problems are.
I downloaded the Sound Forge 10 torrent
Installed and used the keygen to make a serial number and activation code.
Works just fine.

in case this helps: (if in Vista) every time you run any thing, right click and "run as administrator"; this might be very well the cause of not being able to apply the patch.
In another hand: for those who already put the serial key and didn't work and want to try second time I recommend to go to "regedit"\ HKEY_CURRENT_USER & HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and delete there the Sound Forge entry keys, before trying the second time.
And remember also that to apply the Patch you must brows to the correct installed directory where is "Forge 100" (the exe), usually is here: C:\Programs File\Sony\Sound Fornge 10.0\
I hope any of this details help!!

first of all thanks for uploading..i think i might know why the keygen is working with some people and isn't with others..maybe there's something related to the Machine ID..the last 2 digis are always missing in the generator..and btw im using windows 7..when i click patch it always says "an error occured whlie patching the file(s)!!"..and im pretty sure that i followed the instructions exactly..

just installed on XP !! ok.. once keygen is copied into install folder, my keygen (after switching it's setting to sound forge 10) WOULD NOT PATCH, and so authentication code would not work. I restarted the pc and patch worked - auth code then worked. Restarting the pc after install seems important.. made all the difference for me. Thanks again Masteruploader, keep up the excellent excellent work

Same thing happened to me. I was ready to spew some harsh words til I read TheFreeAgent's remarks! RESTART IS MANDATORY after installing program!!! THEN with the KEYGEN in the Sony program folder start KEYGEN , hit PATCH and wait till it finishes. Start Sound Forge, enter REGISTRATION KEY (it will reject it), hit retry (reject again) and hit CANCEL - then enter or copy/paste (easier) the AUTHENTICATION KEY and it will work. So simple 'I' should have thought of it!

Awesome upload thanks!.. Made the mistake of patching to download folder instead of the soundforge folder in program files.. Full uninstall solved this.. and yes u must reboot after install.. select sf 10 first in the drop menu, patch, make sure its patching to program files (download folder automatically comes up), then patch.. should be butter after that...

works a treat!!! just follow steps from comment 6 and you will be fine! a lot of people are saying that the crack doesnt work. remember that this is sound forge 10 you are installing and the crack starts with sound forge 9 as a selection. that needs to be changed to soundforge 10 and you should be fine from there. Enjoy

Finalllllllllllllyyyyyy......
Guys You have to do this : Read Carefully
. Install Sound Forge 10.
. Run Keygen ( Right click icon > Run as admin )
. Enter the serial key by selecting Sound Forge 10 from the drop down menu
. Don't close the keygen
. Now Fill in the details ( XXXX )
. Now choose register online
. Press Retry Twice then Cancel
. After the program is closed, run patch from the keygen.
. Keep the keygen running
. Open Sound Forge 10
. Check that the serial is the same when you are asked to enter activation code
. Now copy and paste activation code. It'll run fine.
. If you accidently closed the keygen and lost the previous then delete the registry keys as mentioned above and start all over again.

Whenever I try opening the exe file to install, it just says:
Unable to write to the temp directory in
C:\Users\*****\AppData\Local\Temp\.
Check that you have write access to this directory,
This has never happened to me before. I am an admin and have tried right click "Run as administrator"
Please Help!

It works just like the guy in comment 43 explained, and you need to type in the serial number manually (just serial, the activation code can be copy/pasted).
Also NOD32 says it's clean and AVG says it's clean.

P.S. Does anybody know how to fix the frame rate of the scrolling. it doesn't scroll smoothly when the musics playing.

Please follow the rules given by #38, specially if you are running Vista.
Even in Vista+SP2 you must install Genkey into folder of SoundForge 10 and there with the right click of a mouse "run as an administrator" that keygen where first you have to exactly patch, and then to put serial number, then to "go on-line" and retry at least twice, and then you can simply copy-paste the generated long registration code and everything will be as in apple pie order!
So, you have to do:
. Uninstall any old versions of Sound Forge.
. Install Sound Forge 10.
. Move the Keygen to the installed Folder.
. Close any instances of Sound Forge 10.
. Run Keygen.[Keep the Keygen Running till the Last Step]

Les instructions données par kluver71 un peu plus haut sont bonnes. Il est important d'ouvrir la keygen en tant qu'administrateur (clic doit) après tout va ok comme il indique (accepter d'enregistrer le petit fichier htm) et voilà. Works great !!!

OK. This is a perfect fully working version of Soundforge v10. I have noticed many posts with people claiming it doesn't work etc etc.
Here is a step by step guide on how to get it woking.
. Install Sound Forge 10. Do not run the program yet
. Run Keygen
. Choose 'Soundforge 10.0 Series' from the drop down menu
. Click generate
. Click patch. A small windows will open. Find the installation directory (C:\Program Files\Sony) make sure the Soundforge Pro 10.0 folder is selected and click OK.
. Wait for a few seconds for the patching to complete
. Now run the program
. Enter the serial number from the keygen, click next
. Now choose 'register from another computer'
. Fill in the details with any information you wish, click next
. Save the 'Register Sound Forge Pro' file anywhere on your computer (it can be deleted later on), click next
. Now enter the Authentication code from the keygen
. CLICK FINISH!
You will now have a fully working version of Soundforge 10. If you can't follow this simple step by step guide you dont deserve it.

Wowwwww. That took me Forever. I finally got it working. XP user and anyone else having problems may want to read this.
OK. The way everyone discribes is right on the *****. Especially post 38. The game changer for me was a mistake that I made over and over again a finally caught it just now.
At the part you open the key gen and do the patch, make sure you follow the instruction on finding the right place to add the patch. Dont assume that the keygen selection for the patch location is correct because mine wasnt. I went to select a different folder to stick the patch in and selected this folder.
C:\Programs File\Sony\Sound Fornge 10.0
After that I pressed the patch on the key gen and the patch worked.
It does not matter if you restart xp or not.
It also does not matter if select online registration over another computer.
Hope this helps and Thanks goes to the uploader. Good looking out.

The program works great! Thanks to the up loader. I saw the video on the internet just giggle it so please look at the instructions and it will help you understand how to install this.
I have tried to use other versions with no success now I know what I was doing wrong, I hope this helps. Grab the keygen and put it on the desktop of your computer. take your mouse and right click on the keygen icon and run as administrator! I know that some of you are saying that I already have that administrator permission on my profile I am the administrator! Go with it it will make all the difference in the world so make sure that you right click on the icon and run as administrator. Then patch the files and you know the rest go as planed with the registration and you will be good to go!

I get as far as the registering online part where it says it is unable to register and if i click cancel it asks me for authentication code, I used the one created from the keygen but told it is invalid......am I doin something wrong?
