Hmmmm i downloaded it and when i click on RACER.EXE the autorun starts,when choose install it says that the setup program was unable to lauch and that i can install it by running SETUP.exe from the cd rom...hmm cant find it,any suggestions ?

AND i actually solved my earlier problem but now when i run the game i can only see the shadow of my pod,everything else is whitr,hmm

Works great 
If you start a race and you can only see white then go to the settings and adjust the video settings and then it should work

To play the game find the file called SWEP1RCR.EXE in the folder 'swr'

change the resolution to 1280x1024 and it will work

hey there just downloaded this game tried to get rid of the white screen when starting up a race and it has not worked i have tried changing the rez and changing the video settings and still nothing can anyone please help i also have windows vista 32 bit home preimium could the opetrating system be the problem

LOL...
this is simply useless on my computer. I've tried compatibility mode and...***thing. tried to add a new entry into regedit with regsetup.exe...that was useful 'cause i was able to change the resolution in the menu of racer.exe. So i started the game and still nothing. I saw the blue loader line, but when it's filled up, there is nothing but black screen and sw music..... 
using windows xp by the way....

Just a note. You may need to right click the "exe" once the game is installed and then select run in win98 mode.
