This DOES work with DVD Decrypter.
It's NTSC JAP so US AR codes wont work. Text is in Japanese. Menu's in English.

swerfee, I used Alcohol 120% to burn the game. There should be an option for PS2 from the drop down list...but you don't have to select that option.
