Rumour has it there is a TetrisEmu v1.11 that does .MDS files. VERY RARE TO FIND. Still lookin.

Has anyone managed to start this game? The only verison of TETRIS I can find is v1.1 and it does not load .mds files just .tdf
I hope they crack this one soon, if they will at all...

No version of tetris supports .mdf sorry to say. 1.1 is the only retail release though there is a 2.0 in the works. Best tool to look for is Daemon Tools Pro when it comes out it'll fix all these issues with unplugging IDE drives (though you can just disable them in your bios if you don't wanna open the computer).
Anyways the stupid releases with the same .nfo where they say to delete filtered registry keys (where only one has anything to do with ide drives) is useless since the currentversion of your setup is different on every computer that has different hardware!!!! This is just stupid releases where someone just got the game and new how to use Alcohol 120% to make an image and shared. I'd hold onto these files if you went through the trouble of downloading them they'll be worth it soon if you keep your eyes on http://www.gamecopyworld.com

Just got this to work by:
Burned using 1x speed w/ alcohol 120% 1.9.5.4102 w/ RMPS ENABLED DVD-RW Compusa brand (cheap)
Uninstall DT4 before install and make SURE that all sptd entries via \Windows\System32\Drivers\ entries are gone relating to Daemon Tools, if you don't know how to do this check Daemon Tools website for full uninstalling (they have a program under downloads that does it for you..i think)
Then installed the game using the DVD, and it worked. When it put back on Daemon Tools it stopped, seems that its finding any virtual scsi drives??? Dunno if this is just a fluke but it worked for Rush For Berlin too.
I have my IDE drives disabled via the bios instead of unplugging them but that doesn't make a difference.

oh yah Windows 2000 compatibility mode for .exe also......
Right click the game's .exe file select properties, then click on the compatibility tab... etc...

Also I found that if you just disable the Daemon Tools Virtual Drives all together it works too without uninstalling the app, should've tested first sorry....was eager to post solution.

Can you discribe the process step by step? Do you have to uninstall alcohol and deamon tools or you just have to disable all virtual drives?

The above method mentioned does not work. Furthermore Alcohol 120% v1.95 does not seem to have an option for burning at 1x. Can you be more specific of how you got this game to work, including all the alcohol options you had selected? Like underrun buffer and things like that. Thanks

i also can comfirm that it don't work with the way above i have tried several disk types and most setting it looks like Tages is the next big one to beat
