Yes it's in french but it can be made in english following these steps :
1. Download The Torrent
2. Download UMDGen v4.00
3. After downloading the first two install and open UMDGen and open Spider-Man 2 [Multi5].iso
4. Go to PSP_GAME then open USRDIR, then DATA, then AUDIO, then MUSIC and DELETE THE FOLLOWING FOLDERS : FRENCH, GERMAN and ITALIAN
5. After that you go back to DATA and open LOCALES. DELETE the following files FRENCH.LNG, GERMAN.LNG, ITALIAN.LNG, LEGAL.FRE, LEGAL.GER, LEGAL.ITA, DO NOT i repete DO NOT DELETE SPANISH.LNG and LEGAL.SPA !!!!!
6. Then click SAVE and select Compressed (*.cso), the folder you want to save it and that's all !
7. Then upload the file on your PSP !!

P.S. IF IT DOESN'T WORK DON'T PANIC !!! JUST FOLLOW THE FIRST 3 STEPS AND SKIP STEP 4 !!! Hope I helped you !

I tried it all ways and it is still in French even after I went back and did it the way you said to if it doesn't work. I even deleted anything that had French, German or Italian. nadda. Thanks anyway :'( :'(
