Its 4 making UMD oficial from sony Program worth $4000 but u need a UMD burner u can download psp games or movies and put them straight on the psp without installing any programs on your psp 0)

does this make better mp4's? or just those pmf format vids like the gameboots? i think sony has let users have custom xmb's now anyway so i wouldnt be surprised if being the kik ass company they are they dont release a more user friendly GAMEBOOT creator for future firmewares! WOOOOOT FOR YOUR PSP SONY AND ITS USER FRIENDLY HOMEBREW WAYS! (even if that wasnt what you meant it to be it is the soul reason me and 30 of my homies bought a psp and BUY OUR GAMES even though we run custom firmewares! WOOOOOOT for the PSP PEOPLE!
