NOTE: "game.exe" goes in the /data folder, not to replace "Desperados.exe". You have to copy the "Cinematics" folder from the .nrg into the /data folder.

i think the files are corrupt.
install has an error at 99% (error 2 
)
Tried with FULL and MINIMUM instalation, same result
i guess i have to look for the game in somewhere else..

It works.
Mount .nrg with Daemon Tools.
Put game.exe from Crack directory into "(install-dir)\Desperados\Game"
Copy Cinematics from "(CDDRIVE)\GAME\Data" into "(install-dir)\Desperados\Game\Data".

the download works and all, and i understand evrything you guys are sayin, but i try to move the crack into the games data folder and and it apparently cant be moved as there is no space left on the cd (only 647mb ) . it wont let me delete any files from the game so im stuck realy.
Is there a way of increasing the disk size (as you know the file is mounted with daemon tools and the pc thinks the file is a disk)or can i move the crack to the destination without having to copy it?

@Edeye, you are ment to copy the crack from the CD to where the game is installed on your system, maybe c:\program files\name of game

OK, I've mounted using Daemon Tools, Copied the folders & files mentioned above, install completed but when I try to play it's giving me the "Insert original CD-ROM" message. Help me out here somebody.

To play you must :
- Mount the NRG file ( Nero File ) with a virtual CD ( Daemon Tools )
- Install and follow the instructions
- Copy / Paste the "game.exe" into the data folder of the game .
- Copy and paste the "Cinematics" folder from the .nrg ( Virtual CD you can see it from " My computer " , Right clic on the virtual CD and Open ) into the /data folder of your Game .
I wait the end of Download ( more seeds please ).

... i've done both things, copied the crack to the game directory and moved cinematics from data(cd) to data(instalation directory), at first it seems to work, but then, in the loading screen to start the first level, my crack stops working, the game asks me to insert the cd... right after loading the sound of the 1st level... anyone knows why??

Actually i didn't create a CD i just converted the .nrg file into an .iso file and then opened it with UltraISO but I guess it has the same effect since all the folders mentioned did appear on my ISO file

Installation instructions....................
1. download the game.
2. .nrg files are nero image files.mount it over nero and burn it on a
cd
3. now install the game from the cd but don't run it after the
installation
4. now copy the game.exe from the crack folder and overwite the
original from "C:\Program Files\Infogrames\Desperados\game
5. now copy from cinematics folder from cd drive\game\data and
paste it on "C:\Program Files\Infogrames\Desperados\game\data
6. restart the game
Dance around the room and enjoy guys...................

Does it really work? Can't be sure when the posters say..
