Double-click into one of the RAR files. Then, double-click into on of the RAR files listed within the first. After the clicking into the second RAR, you'll see a folder "Serious Effects & Compositing". Copy that folder to your desktop (or wherever you want to save it) and there you go, all done.
You won't be able to make a movie DVD out of it because it's a flash project. You can, however, put it on a data DVD for storage.

ok ik help you all out.
1. dubble click on the map called: Creative Cow - Serious Effects & Compositing
2.Now u see a lot of rar files. Right mouse on:coweffect[1].part01. And then click: Extract files... Then just choose map.
It will take a few minutes
3. Now open the map where u extracted it to. Right mouse on the first one, called: Creative Cow_Serious Effects & Compositing.part01. And click Extract files, now select a folder.
It will take a few minutes.
4. Now open the map where you extraced the files in.
You will see a map called: Serious Effects & Compositing.
Open it, open the next map. And then click on: Start_win.
Thats the flash file with the tutorials. 
Thats all.

Are there files missing? The total download is 3.27GB but once I extracted everything, it appears to be 2.5GB large. How is it smaller than the compressed file? Shouldn't it be the other way around?

WTF there are so many RAR files... how do i extract them so i can burn the dvd? or is there another way to keep them on my hard drive? all i see is RAR files???????
