This is Japanese with English subtitles. Btw quite good anime.

Japanese and English audio, plus good english subs. I think you can only see the subs and/or switch to English audio if you have the right decoder though. I use Media Player Classic w/ Combined Community Codec Pack (CCCP), and I recommend it for any sort of media playback.
Visuals are crystal clear and both audio tracks are flawless. The anime itself is very good too.
