Thank you i have been suffering for over ten years and 100's of different meds with no prevail. maybe i can say screw you doctors i will heal myself!

I found this torrent truly wonderful. Great to realise that one can get rid of depression forever, without any drugs. Thank you so much!
Read the pdf file "depression-learning-path.pdf" carefully first. That's got some great information that most people would not be aware of, like for example, the connection between dreaming and depression.
Even if you don't suffer from depression yourself, you could help someone who does, by passing it on to them.
