The CUE file is corrupt, it stops halfway thru while burning on CD-RW

Ok let me tell how to make it work.
1.Download the file
2.Open the file with Winrar, extract the files to a new folder.
3.Now you can mount the BARBIE_MAKEOVER img file by Daemon tools, and install the software, no crack or serial required.
4.Alternatively you can burn the img to a CD and then install the software.

This is for Kids, Kids love it. Dont expect much for yourself, if you are 15+ age.

hay there skl333, there is no set up application because you don`t but it striaght on to your computer you but on a cd to be used,you take the cue file (image file) and burn it to a cd don`t worry about the other files they just confuse people. i use ashampoo 7 to burn cue files but you can use nero, on these programs look for burn image and then burn thats all.

Thanks to the uploader, I've burnt the image to the disc and now it stil wont work?? Can't figure it out??? Any ideas??

I finally figured out how to get these games to work, after months and months of trying. All a great big thanks to Treesmoker, the link treesmoker left is up and running now and it was like a tutorial for dummies, was so easy to do and,no, you don't need to burn the game onto a disk. What you need to have is Winrar program and PowerISO you can get both programs from this site. Ty so much Treesmoker, my hubby and kids are so happy now i am able to get them some awesome games.

and when i start to install it says "this game is only for windows 9x"

What the *&^% is that suppose to mean cos everytime i start it right
at the beggining it comes up with an error

I burned the file barbie_makeover.cue with NERO. Then installed it into the HD using the CD right done. I tried the game and it works with the CD, just launch the file AUTOPLAY. Anway after the installation from the CD it runs also if only you launch the makeover file from your HD.

Well it worked for me eventually. Unzipped the download to a new folder and that gave me 4 files all called "BARBIE MAKEOVER" with extensions .ccd .img .sub and just image file.

I didn't recognize any of these file types but "ImgBurn" (Free Google it) did and burnt the files to CD.

Could then install the program from CD and it worked fine, only thing is though you run the program from the computer it still asks for the CD to be inserted. There is a way round this but have not figured it out yet.

One slight confusion when the Mattel start screen appears with the music it took me a while to realize it needed mouse click to start not any of the keys I was punching in desperate frustration but that was just me.

Nice game and big thanks to the uploader.

People people People...Very simple. the cue file is the only one you need really. i mean i never burn it. Why if i can just mount it to play it. Unrar the CUE file to Desktop. Start MAgicDisc (MagicDisc is the *** best.) Then mount it...And install. Presto. as easy aS Play Doe...
