melinda6982, Many large downloads, dl for short, are split into smaller files. They are split so if one piece is or becomes corrupt you only have to dl the part that is bad and not the whole thing. 99% of split torrents are put back together with a program called WinRAR. Google WinRAR, dl, and install. After instalation right click the xxxx.rar file in the directory of your downloaded torrent, choose 'Extract to XXXX' and let WinRAR do it's thing for a minute. When done your full file will be in the new XXXX directory.

Hey, Ive downloaded this Lost episode a few times, and everytime, it doesnt work.
It comes in a folder, which includes a minute sample of the episode, then about 20 different files that when i open them a message comes up saying- windows can not open this file. Its really frustrating, cause im wasting alot of mb's of my download limit. Can anyone help me fix this problem? Please! Thanks
