would i be correct in assuming that the illuminati is the secret society that proposes the one-world-govt? if so, then i tend to think that this is not such a bad thing. it is not difficult for we who live in the one-world cybercommunity to make a simple extrapolation. the changes that technology has made possible are only serving to expedite the social processes of inter-racial marriages; relaxation of countrries'border restrictions; and the general mindset [espoused by Buckminster Fuller about 80 years ago] that we are truly 'one island in one ocean.' you among us who, like myself, are history channel devotees will readily attest to the fact that almost any kind of science ending in -ology increasingly confirms Bucky's proclamation.

in fact, although my interest has been piqued by the implications in 'the davinci code' [incidentally, are the illuminati on either side of that conspiracy theory?], i propose our time is better spent studying positive solutions to the 'world crisis,' rather than pointing fingers at purported bad guys. towards that end, i heartily recommend Fullers's 'critical path.' the man, bless his soul, was eons ahead of his time. one final question: would the yale 'skull and bones' secret society [george bush was a member; but then again, so was jack lemmon] come into play in the illuminati conspiracy theory? does anyone know if they play a part in 'da vinci,' and if so, are they opus dei-aligned, or its antithesis?

I'm sorry have you people read this book? Not only does it not provide any real sources for these "expert opinions", but the grammatical errors are rampant in the 45 pages that I read. For a book like this to NOT be bogus **** you would need to have AT LEAST 10 pages of references. I'd put this book around 30 pages of just bibliographies.
The illuminati was created because freemasonry was too well known by the time the american revolution occurred. Too many people of (british) power knew about the society and wanted to stop it. Smart people needed another secret society to be a part of in order to create a country they wanted regardless of the deeds they did or did not perform. By the way, the all seeing eye is an illuminati thing, not a mason thing. That's why it's on the dollar. It's to pay homage to the hard work the society did to create our country.

Oh, and one more thing. "Lucifer worship" as they call it is actually paganism. The Christian church started a smear campaign against greek and roman mythology because it wanted power. People "sacrificed" everything from gold to people back then. Example, the horns of the devil. Horny anyone? Not an accident. Look up the god named "Pan" and educate yourselves. The more you educate yourselves the more you realize this mind washing **** is exactly that. The truth is, THEY DON'T NEED TO HYPNOTIZE YOU. THEY'VE ALREADY ENSLAVED YOU AS A CONSUMER.
