@Jagabags,
After you've unpacked the RAR file using WinRAR (or a similar tool), you'll end up with an image file. If it's a .ISO file, use a CD/DVD burning utility such as PowerISO, MagicISO, Alcohol 120% or Nero. Choose to "Burn Image" and the rest is pretty much done. On the other hand, if the file is a .CCD / .BIN / .CUE file, use the CD/DVD burning utility CloneCD. Choose "Write From Image File" and the rest is pretty much done.
If it's a different type of file, reply to this comment stating exactly what the file is.

Thanks for the hints above.
I have done as you suggested and used WinRAR to unpack the file.
The main files in the contents are IMG and SUB files. CCD file is only 2K.
I downloaded CloneCD and am getting the following error when i try to write the image:
"Value must be between 1 and 2147483647"
Now i'm lost!!!

@Sarag23,
I've never encountered an error like that before.
It's been a while since I used CloneCD to be honest, but definetly burn the CCD file; you see, the CCD file acts as a sort of instruction manual for CloneCD, telling it to burn what and how (or something like that) - in this case, the IMG and SUB files.
If I've confused you, follow these steps:
* Open CloneCD.
* Select "Write from Image File" (the pen and disc icon)
* Browse for the .CCD file.
* Follow the instructions, which are pretty much straightforward.
* If it asks "what type of disc?", select "game disc".
If you're still getting that error of yours, try these steps:
* Try the procedure with a different version of CloneCD.
* Try a different download of the game.
* Try burning the game using a different burning program (such as Nero, Daemon Tools, Alcohol, UltraISO, MagicISO, etc.)
P.S. Sorry for the delay to reply, but I've only just got the internet back.

@flalcon,
What you need is a NoCD crack. You need to look around on the internet for one of this game, install the game at "Full Install" setting (if allowed), then replace the .exe file in your directory with the NoCD crack, and ta-da!
I myself have looked on Game Copy World and Google, but cannot find one for this game - sorry. But have you tried mounting the game using Daemon Tools? Perhaps this might solve your problem. Mounting is basically running the game from your PC in a virtual CD drive.
