I don't see how those episodes are fillers, since we are learning more and more about Soul Society, and they are not bad at all! You wanna see fillers? take a look at naruto, thats "fillers"

And I forgot to mention that during the bountu saga, ishda got his powers back, and ichigo got achieved his bankai after being not able to do so. Such events can't happen at pure fillers.
