If it takes you 2 days to download. Then you need a need PC. Minds downloading with in minutes. I have the latest Toshiba.

My program used to freeze at that point also, this happened for a solid year, I tried several ways to fix it; downloading past versions; language versions; all kinds of things.
Even reformatted my PC, it would still freeze.
In the end I found out it was a codec program, I was installing codecs after the reformat which was messing up with Gif Animator, I cant pin point which codec pack was messing it up but after uninstalling the codec pack (from the top of my head I think it may have been K Lite) the Gif animator worked.
This may be no use to people with the problem, but as this is a torrent site its most likely you have downloaded a codec pack at somepoint or another in the past.

delete uvavi.vio from the vio folder in ulead map it fixes it

Installed and patched with no problems.
Scanned as clean with Symantec Corp. Ed. with 1/15/08 updates
