Hi can anyone tell me why i have audio and no picture with this??
i am using dvdx player, or can you suggest a better one?

brasso, you probably need the AC3 filter (or to update it if you had it already). I use the DIVx player myself (I think that's what you meant) and I have no problems with these. Google AC3 codec and you should find it fairly easily. I think when I originally downloaded it for myself, I included divx as one of my keywords to make sure I got one for that player.

hei, what kind of quality are we talking about, i found another source, faster, but video isn't wide screen, its cut. so please tell me how this is ? worth waiting a little longer?

Why do the idiots who encode these things always make them 350 megabytes? Do they think that anyone is going to store them on CDs? Why not go a step further and encode each 10 seconds to a 1.44 megabyte file while you're at it so people can put one episode on 150 3.5" diskettes? Better still, 360 kilobytes per 2.5 seconds for the benefit of 5.25" diskette users. They should take the capacity of a DVD+R or -R, divide it by 13 and make it THAT size. But I have NEVER seen ANYONE do that. I always see 350, or 233, or 175 megs, or completely random sizes that also don't fit nicely onto any DVDs. I haven't burned a CD since 2003. Hell, I just bought a 100 pack of DVD+R's fow 20 USD. You think I can buy 640 CD's for that? Wrong. MAYBE 300. And then I'd need 640 CD/DVD cases instead of 100! There may come a day when blu-ray is cheaper per byte than DVDs and no one on Earth even will be manufacturing CD burners that don't do DVDs as well at least. You still going to be encoding things to 350 megs then?

This series feels like the mother of all serier above, it's kinda old, but GOD DAMN is it good! Awesome dialogues and screenplay. Special effects are very good for it's time.

Watch this series! DO IT!

Farscape is by far the best sci-fi-action show ever, atleast for people like me with an attention span of 40 minutes...
The acting is sometimes good, sometimes bad. But always a pleasure to watch.
Although i dont think Ben Browder is a particularly good actor, i think he should be in every movie produced... hes just so funny, and was born for the role of john chrichton.... And as for the others... well... Claudia Black, need i say more? She has hollywood-star potential, shes just amazing... the fact that shes not more recognized is an enigma to me. Almost like a stalker ive tracked down every work shes done, atleast the ones i could find, and it has been AMAZING.
Oh well ill stop ranting now.

PS. big thanks to the uploader, ill seed for as long as this hard drive lives

I just had to rant some more....
One of the main reasons i love this show is that it doesnt portray any character like some supernatural hero, theyre all "human" and make mistakes. And they argue about it. Ive never watched another show where ive wanted to reach out into the television and strangle one of the main characters. (Rygel)

Great quality, even for such a small file. Not a single problem with the files, needed the AC3Filter though would have been nice to know that at first hand. Played fine in VLC though.
