on the contrary Luchies12! If I were to buy an original "legal-piece-of-****" CD/DVD then that sole property belongs to me. and whatever i wanna do with it - say share with with people, is none of ur concern. it is not stealing taking from people who give 'em to us willingly! ****er!

Luchies12, taking a CD from a shop without paying for it is theft. Plain and simple.
Downloading the content of that CD via a P2P or other manner is not theft.
It is copyright infringement. Plain and Simple.
Do not confuse the two. The first deprives someone of a physical item, I.E., the CD. The second infringes on the right of an individual or corporate entity to control who can make copies of a copyrighted item.
